Accommodating up to eight guests, this property boasts four spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Downstairs, the bedrooms and hallway provide a perfect setup for children, complete with a couch and TV for their entertainment. Each room is thoughtfully designed to provide a restful haven after a day of adventure, with plush beds and high-quality bedding ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

Upstairs, enjoy the cosy living room with a gas fire, offering serene views of the Sticky Forest. At the front of the house, a beautiful living room with an open-plan dining kitchen provides stunning views over the lake. This space is ideal for gathering with loved ones, sharing meals, and creating lasting memories.

Step out onto the beautiful balcony, equipped with comfortable seating, perfect for long summer nights and alfresco dining. For nature lovers and adventure seekers, the backyard offers direct access to the Sticky Forest, a haven for mountain biking and hiking, and is in close proximity to the Outlet Track.

Ideal for families, this home provides all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, multiple entertainment options, and cozy corners for relaxation.

NOTE: Garage not available for vehicles however there is plenty of space in the driveway and the road.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
This stunning property has 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet. There are 4 bedrooms in total:

Bedroom 1 (Master): King bed and ensuite
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and ensuite
Bedroom 3: 2 King singles
Bedroom 4: 2 King singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.

This is self-catering accommodation; however, for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, a dishcloth, 2 bin liners, and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
