”Pros: Big cottage. Scenic location. Bacon, eggs, milk, juice, butter, tomatoes and bread provided for breakfast. Nice toiletries. Frogs in the pond sounded cool. Rabbits everywhere. Cons: Emailed property to say we'll arrive around 4pm. No reply. We arrive at 4:15pm to find reception closed and a mobile number. Called and about 5 mins later are sent a road map (?) and where to find the key. Wi-fi had full bars, but was "connected without internet". No reply when I reached out. Road is...

”Good property to stay for peaceful surroundings and having choice of venues to dine in.Staff friendly and helpful.Only negative was we had an upstairs room and my wife and I both have bad osteoarthritis in our knees and hips.I did ask staff if we could change to a ground floor room but the property was fully booked. In future when booking I need to request for a ground floor room.”

”A beautiful place, spacious, well equipped with everything. Perfect for family with kids!”

”This is a really good hotel in an excellent location, close to public transport , cinemas, restaurants and the whole Eastland shopping complex. The rooms are comfortable and clean. A restaurant is available and there's a good bar for a refreshing drink. We always stay here when in Ringwood, and the staff always make us feel as if we've come home”

”Room was modern and clean, good coffee in room, check in process easy and everything nice & close by. Thank you. Will visit again”

”Breakfast was good (u can choose what u want to eat, not buffet). Waitress was very friendly. Room was clean. Furnitures a little bit outdated overall..”

Hieno tunnelma kaikin puolin!”

”Very relaxing with all facilities and cosy fire for the night”

”Beautiful place. We enjoyed a lot.”

”Very nice, modern and spacious room with generous bathroom. Hard to fault really and we would certainly stay again.”

”Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. No curtain to cover the window facing the loft bedroom which let the hot sun beam...

”Lovely staff, super fast check in/out. Cleanest caravan park cabin I’ve ever stayed in - clearly they take a lot of pride in this place. Could do with some modernisation but served our purposes well.”

”Room was clean and user friendly. The shared amenities were clean and very well maintained.”

”Aging buildings in superb location. Great value. Mostly for conferences, so casual visitors like us organise own food via local cafes in quaint nearby villages”

”Very nice location and quiet.”

”Decent room, proper fridge in room, having foxtel was a nice bonus. The shower leaked from the door which meant the floor was always wet. Parking was tricky as we weren’t aware of height restrictions so we had to hope for a vacant park to fit our vehicle every time we left and came back. Liked that it was a separate bedroom to the main living area. Washer and dryer in the bathroom. Across the road from shopping centre which was helpful.”
