Welcome to this high-quality furnished vacation home in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse, which also has a fast internet connection via the existing fiber optic connection.



The cozy wooden holiday home in Scandinavian style offers a dream vacation all year round here in the green north of Brandenburg between water and meadow. Thanks to the gallery-like second floor and the huge panoramic windows that extend from the floor to the roof, the house is particularly bright and friendly. The view falls again and again and from everywhere on the enchanting landscape, the water and the colorful hustle and bustle all around. From the terrace you have a view of the harbor.

Since there are two terraces at the house, you have the choice between sun and shade all day. So that you can also enjoy the fresh air in the cottages in the summer months, the windows in the house are equipped with fixed mosquito protection!



Particularly noteworthy is the outdoor area, which is designed with much effort and love to our nature and bees, bumblebees as well as insects a home. Also the driveway on the property is subordinated to this ecological principle and thus possibly a little difficult to drive on. On request, a boat mooring can be used upon availability!



Even in winter the harbor village Zerpenschleuse is always worth a visit. In the vacation home you can warm up again after a walk along the icy lake or through the snowy forests in front of the cozy crackling fireplace in the living room.

The wellness shower in the spacious bathroom on the first floor is also a great place to relax. In the garden shed you can safely store your bicycles.



Next door is the house DBB454, ideal if you want to vacation as a group or with several families.



Next to the cottage village runs the Oder-Havel Canal, which crosses here with the Finow Canal, whose history dates back to the 15th century. Nestled in forests and meadows, surrounded by several waterways at once, this area is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers.



In the immediate vicinity of the vacation homes in the harbor village Zerpenschleuse are the nature park Barnim and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide.

In the Hafendorf Zerpenschleuse payment with EC card is not possible, please only cash payment. The Hafendorf Zerpenschleuse is still under construction, so there may be construction activities in the neighborhood. There is no washing machine in the house.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests must rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 69.38 per stay. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to two pets are allowed.
