Built at the end of 2001, this terraced house accommodates four people and has been furnished with great attention to detail.

It is located near the center of Hooksiel. Everything is easily accessible on foot. Bicycle rental, a bakery, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The living space is approximately 75 square meters. The fully tiled ground floor comprises a small hallway with a wardrobe, a guest toilet, a living room with a comfortable seating area, a large LCD flat-screen TV with digital reception (HD), a DVD player, a radio, and a dining area with six seats.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and kettle.

Upstairs, you will find the shower room and two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. A third bedroom is located in the attic and can be used upon request.

The rooms have laminate flooring. A cot and highchair are available free of charge for young children. The wonderfully peaceful terrace lets you forget the stresses of everyday life. Garden furniture and a barbecue can be found in the storage room.
