”First of all the hotel is part of a run down apartment complex. It smells like mildew and cigarette smoke and the room was dark and dreary and really outdated.”

”You get what you pay for. We were only looking for a place to sleep, clean sheets, clean shower. It had all that. It was musty smells and air conditioning wasn't great but for price not bad.”

”Wish you could avoid the Casino as you check into the Hotel but excellent place and helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay!”

”The front desk help was so helpful and we really enjoyed ourselves. Hot tub in the room was very relaxing. The room and stairwell did smell very musty like mold.”

”Spotless nice room”

”BarDew Valley Inn and its owner, Perry, were amazing!! The suite decor was fun (ours was a French Chateau), and the common areas beautiful and comfortable. Perry offers a movie room with a huge selection of DVDs, as well as satellite TV in both the common area and each suite. And his breakfast each morning was delicious! We would definitely stay again (and maybe try a different suite!) when we are in that area again.”

”I booked this property specifically because it had a hot tub. When I arrived, the hot tub was not functional and seemed it hadn't been for awhile. I understand that parts break, but if a property is taking an amenity away for an extended period of time, it should be removed from the listing and those who already booked it should be informed so that the reservation can be cancelled and I could find another place with a hot tub, or choose to keep the reservation knowing there no longer is one...

”The broken bathtub stopper kept it from being a 5-star.”

”The room had roaches. We went to Walmart and bought bug spray and sprayed the entire room. We stayed at the hotel after discovering the bug problem on because it was already checked in and no time to locate another hotel. I would absolutely suggest another hotel until this location gets the bugs under control. The staff was super nice and apologetic of the situation. I did not ask for a correction for the situation they could not help. Hopefully they can fix this issue”

”The location was great, right in the middle of restaurant row. The pool was open and available, the recreation room was closed. My room was clean, but the bedspread was stained badly. My TV did not have a remote control. I had to go back to the front office and ask for one.”
