”We had a girls trip with my daughter and granddaughters. The girls always want to stay here. They love the location and being able to get shuttled to the Crescent. This year they had a scavenger hunt of the town and it was so much fun. They adore one of the shuttle drivers named Benny and hope to see him every visit.”

”I was a little surprised when I went to check out and found out that there wasn’t anyone available at the service desk at night! ”The hotel had recently got renovated and new beds/carpet/paint. But you can only do so much with that design hotel. The mattresses were new. They were venna? Big foam matress. Pillows too. ”Great little hotel. The room was clean, well equipped, good water pressure, good wifi, comfortable bed. Hotel is super close to a lot of restos within walking distance and right on the trolley route to downtown. Bit of road noise, but that is pretty much all of the hotels in Eureka Springs.
