”In truth we only booked this spot for the fireplace, only to find that the fireplaces are for show, the bed canopy is also for show, and there's no amenities like a breakfast or anything. Staff is nice but also didn't give us the right location for parking. The hotel parking sheet itself shows 2 locations that you're not even allowed to park at, which more speaks on management not updating any of their notices. Our room alone was still really neat despite not what we expected, I would not go...

”A little noisy 9-10 o’clock out in the 4th floor hallway. I had to check our door 3-4 times as I thought someone was trying to break-in. Nothing seen. May have been a guest in & out of their room not being considerate of others.”

”Only drawback is the $50 paring and not being able to come in and out. Parking garage is $30 but have to pay each time you come and go. Otherwise the hotel is amazing! ”

”I had issues (twice...) with the codes not working when trying to enter my room which made me feel unsafe especially when this happened midnight. Reception is not open after 10pm so I received help via Whatsapp and staff was helpful. Other things that lower my rating were the metal beds that made a lot of noise. Also the whole floor only had 2 showers working. I have never had to wait to shower in hostel before. I wish toilets had more hooks to put towels/clothes in and rooms had mirrors....

”It has good location on quiet street. Free parking. Excellent service on front desk. The hotel was dated, but pretty clean. Earplugs are must. Breakfast is free, it includes coffee, bread, eggs and cereals. The hotel bit pricey for value, but i think in SF it might be difficult to find good hotels for decent price. Overall this is OK place for few days stay ”
