The reception staff were wonderful but when the only elevator broke the manager was rude and unhelpful. ”It's really a lot of money to pay when the cleaners can't bring yi things that you need when you give them the things that have lredy been used I have been here 2 weeks and no one has offered to clean the room I have had to clean it myself I feel I should be getting a discount for having to go out of my way to get the things I need for the room and having to clean it myself”
