The two holiday apartments are located separately in the owner's house on the well-kept residential property on the outskirts of the village (Eldenholz). The owner is rarely present due to his job. The beach, restaurants and shopping facilities are within a radius of 1 km.

This apartment is located in the basement. Separate access. Furnished with: Living room (upholstered furniture, TV, radio/CD), bedroom (box-spring bed), kitchen (electric hob, mini oven, fridge, microwave, dining area, various kitchen appliances), shower/WC (with window), central heating. Sun loungers, bicycle stand and car park. The total price includes bed linen, towels, energy and water consumption and final cleaning. To be paid on the spot: Tourist tax.



The state-recognised spa town of Waren is located directly on the Müritz in charming surroundings. It is also the tourist centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Attractions include the historic old town, the harbour with passenger shipping, adjacent promenade and numerous catering facilities as well as the Müritzeum, a nature discovery centre with a huge freshwater aquarium and exhibitions on the special features of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The town also has open-air swimming pools, boat and bike hire, a surfing and sailing school and many shopping facilities. Waren is the gateway to the Müritz National Park, which can be easily explored via the well-developed network of cycle paths. Motorway access approx. 25 km.
