"Great staff, very helpful and resourceful. My son was sick, the staffs managed to reached out to physician and visited him in the room. Also bought prescribed meds and delivered to room. Great room service as well."

Great hospitality
"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Bandung. The rooms were exceptional, but we were particularly impressed by the breakfast and the incredible friendliness of the staff. Bima's attentiveness and helpful advice, in particular, will remain unforgettable. We will be back!"
