”The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The linens were clean. The only downside to this hotel was the first room they gave us was outdated and appeared to have not been cleaned well. There was a bug on the bathroom door and one on the counter it appeared to be roaches. The staff immediately switched us to a new room on a different floor and this new room appeared to be way more clean and updated no signs of bugs anywhere in this room but I was still cautious. The parking lot was safe...

”The continental breakfast is great! It’s a city eclectic boutique hotel, with a nice pool, spa, fitness center and small game room.
The rooms are ok. A little outdated. No smart TVs. The staff were nice but some seemed maybe new or in training.

”To begin with, there was nobody at the front desk for any help. Somebody that was staying at the hotel let me in, he was having problems trying to to get another card to replace the original to get in. He didn’t have anybody to help him for about an hour. I was outside waiting before he let me in. I waited half an hour before somebody showed up. We couldn’t get the machine to heck in either. Everything else was fine.”
