”Nice overall hotel, but the service and the food was not as nice as I have experienced at other 5star hotels. For a family experience it’s nice overall because you do get park access and characters coming for pictures but I would say that it falls short of a 5star experience for me.”

”I checked in on short notice because of an unscheduled layover. The staff was so nice. In the morning I was having breakfast on the terrace and had a great veiw of bombs being intercepted, it was so cool! Great stay!”

”We booked this place for three guests, as it was advertised to have a double bed, a single bed, and a sofa bed. When we arrived, there were no bedding fabrics for the sofa bed, so we had to use a duvet as a sheet. Even though they knew there were three of us, they only provided three towels. It felt unhygienic, especially since they use the swimming pool as part of their advertising to justify the price. The door passcode was hard to see because it goes dim when not in use. ”We had a beliw average experience with the property. The communication was great but; - Soap and towel for washing the dishes are not provided - our toillet was leaking so needed to wait for the handy man to come and needed to wait 4 hours once they fixed it to use. And theybused the 2 rolls of paper thatbwe had. - The floors were not super clean. ”

”All night had water leakage from the ceiling of the bathroom. Because of the noise, I couldn't sleep. Also there wasn't any hair dryer in the room. I asked for the solutions for both issues but they replied 10mins before the check out time without solution. I need to request for price reduction for such quality.”
