I think the main area in need of improvement is the laundry service, in terms of using more bleach to remove stains from the towels, and making sure the bedding is well washed. I respectfully shared this with a staff member, and he received the suggestion well. I'm glad that we were able to save about $70/night by staying there rather than at another comparable place about 15 minutes away.”

”It was the worst hotel ever the sheets had dirt marks on them and nail polish on the bed cover and they were stained they spent all there money in the front and just left the inside dirty smelly and the keycards didn’t even work they were one time use only we had to get four keycards and the front desk was not inviting and they had building material and only two small tables the hotel itself was outdated and Bradley need of modernization. Walls were paper thin and people were barbecuing outside...

”I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

”The room and breakfast were really great. It would be nice if the TVs were 'smart' so I could sign into my netflix or something, rather than channel surf, but that's just a nitpick. My main issue was that the pool was a big reason I booked...but it didn't look welcoming at all. My kids said it looked like somewhere a teenager in a horror movie would go into. It's not that it looked dirty or anything, just... deserted and uninviting. It didn't look fun. But I will say again, the breakfast was...

”This hotel is full of mold. The 1st room. I was in had visible mold in the corners of the room and on the bathroom ceiling. It was horrible. The 2nd room was better mold but still poorly renovated.”

”The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped.”
