perfect base for a multi-lake fishing trip!
Great rebuilt and updated farm house. Roku TV, 4 power recliners, 2 comfy beds and a nice full bath. Property sits closest to Mosquito Resevoir but is also close to three othe large public lakes and within an hour drive of the charters east of Cleveland. If you get rained out a couple days like we did, check out "Past Times" - the BEST pinball and classic videogame arcade I've ever been to! Owner is super friendly and on the spot for whatever you need. 5 stars!

We had a lovely one night stay! House was cozy and comfortable. We were in the area visiting family and hiked at Nelson’s Ledges. All was as described in the listing and the owner was very friendly and responded quickly when I sent check in/out messages. We will be booking again in the future.

Nice little house
It is a nice, well-kept small home where we could enjoy a short getaway just to relax. It was right on the street, but not too noisy. Communication with the owner was good. We enjoyed a nice visit to Mosquito Lake nearby.

It was a perfect place to stay. Close to highways. Close to many places. Living room furniture was very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. My pup loved the backyard and the bunnies. Cozy and simple home away from home
Mike was a fantastic host... very accommodating and responsive. My boyfriend and I were camping at a festival all weekend, so arriving to a clean and charming rental with comfy beds, a hot shower and full kitchen was beyond wonderful. This Vrbo provides all the essentials with little bits of luxury thrown in (my boyfriend loved the recliners/reclining couch in the living room space) I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in the area!

Great spot!
The house was cozy and welcoming! Perfect location for our family. A quick walk across the street when we needed groceries. We were in town for a wedding. While we weren't participating in those festivities, we relaxed on the front porch or sat in the lovely back yard and watched the birds and bunnies! It was perfect for our family!

This house is located on a main drag which made easy access to wherever we needed to go. Very clean and thank goodness for the air conditioners as it was hot outside! Owner is accommodating and there was nothing lacking for us. We would go here again.

Convenient to a rural area
We were visiting relatives in rural NE Ohio, not many lodging choices, this home was in the perfect location. Owners very responsive to a few minor hiccups. The kitchen in this home has very few cooking supplies, if you plan to cook, bring your gear. We were out most of the day, so this didn't impact us. We would return to this VRBO. Bear in mind that you must be able to climb steps to access this home, we are both 70 but were fine.

Returning home
On april 21 2023 until april 23 2023 I had booked to stay in this house. I brought along my sister and two cousins. This stay meant more to us than can possibly be expressed by words. Prior to the current owner of the house this house was owned for over 20 years by our grandmother. My family grew up in this house at one point or other we have all lived in this house. It had been filled with countless memories and love and essentially was the epicenter of our family. Tragically on Nov 2nd 2015 my grandmother passed away and the family over the years has become more distant due to everyone leading their lives and no longer having one place that we can al come to be together. Our grandmother was the glue for our family and the best person that any ofbus have ever known. Nothing made her happier than having the family together and watching us all be happy. 8 years after her death you can imagine the range of mixed emotions we all felt finally being able to spend one more weekend in our grandmother's home. When i first opened the door and entered the home I was hit with a wave of yes this feels right I'm finally here but quickly felt saddened because thebone piece that truly made this house home was no longer there. I walked around the house noticing a number of changes and of course my family and I were very tempted to rearrange the house how my grandmother had it. Lol I was disappointed that the basement was off limits. Ran outvfof characters will finish in 2nd review

It was a very nice place in a good location. Other commenters mentioned about the house being on a high traffic street and it being loud but we don’t have any problem with that. We loved the sofa, electric fireplace and the beds were comfortable. Great parking as well. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly… was exactly what we needed.

Fantastic find
This house was great for my 87 year old mom. There is a bench in the walk in shower where she could sit while bathing and a wand shower head so it was very easy for her to get ready. There is a grocery store across the street and in a very safe neighborhood. The yard is huge, the house is super clean and cutely decorated. There is a thermostat in every room so she kept hers at 75 and I kept mine at 65. This house was perfect!

Nicely kept. Had extra items most places don’t like shampoo, conditioner, etc, well-stocked. Located near a fairly busy intersection with off and on road traffic noise. Generally noise wasn’t bad though. Convenient for our trip.
