Täydellinen perhekoti Sunset Beachillä lähellä merta, Fort Sea Sea Trail, Sunset Lake ja ranta.  Ei kaupungissa, ei maassa, mutta sijaitsee auringonlaskujärven ja Sunset Beachin välissä lähellä puoli hehtaaria, tässä lämminhenkisessä talossa on holvikatot ja kaasutakka niille leutoille kesäyöille. Mukana 4 makuuhuonetta ja 2. 5 kylpyhuonetta, avoin pohjaratkaisu, kansi, jossa on piknikpöytä ja kaasugrilli, johon pääsee joko olohuoneen liukuovista tai makuuhuoneesta, et halua poistua tästä kauniista kodista.  Tilavassa olohuoneessa on suuri taulutelevisio ja kattotuuletin. Master-sviitissä on king-vuode, suihku ja liukuovet, jotka johtavat tilavaan takakanteen. Siellä on täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa on astianpesukone ja ruokailutila kahdeksalle pöydässä ja kahdelle aamiaisbaarissa.  Toisessa ja kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa on queen-vuoteet ja neljässä on queen- ja kaksi kerrossänkyä.  Piha on kuin oma yksityinen puisto, jossa on lentopallo / sulkapalloverkko, hevosenkenkäkuoppa, kaappi erilaisilla nurmikon leluilla, toinen piknikpöytä ja joitain penkkejä. Kiinteistössä on myös peuran syöttölaite, joten jos olet onnekas, voit viedä joitain villieläimiä rentoutettaessa kannella.  Vain lyhyen 8 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rannalta tai lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Seasidesta tai Astoriasta, tämä täydellinen perheen retriitti tarjoaa jokaiselle jotakin.  Suloiset puukarhuveistokset ilahduttavat varmasti myös lapsia!

The laundry set up was great. We had one small issue with the smoke detectors, but the property manager responded to it immediately and assured the issue was resolved. So excellent responsiveness. The picnic area was an unexpected pleasant surprise. Great for kids to run around, play badminton volleyball etc. Bbqing in the deck was so convient. Plenty of towels. The king bed was sooooo comfortable. I didn't ask the others who stayed but didn't hear any complaints. Especially excellent was the good quality and variety of pots and pans. I've been to other rentals and they usually supply the cheapy cookware. However i would suggest a new coffe pot this one was difficult to line up the basket and we had several mishaps. Overall an excellent experience.

We enjoyed the house. Fit everyone very well. An ocean view would have been nice for the price, but it was very close to the ocean. Loved the visitors of the deer in the mornings. Thank you for sharing your home

Property management was helpful and flexible as we had to add a night at the last minute. The house was fine; comfortable beds and nice to have access to a garage and a laundry room. The beach access is pretty awful, and though certainly not the property owner's fault, the access is literally a highway where cars can drive directly onto the beach, and there is no parking except on the beach that we could find, and it's not safe for dogs or kids and pretty dirty, even at this time of year. The Warrenton area is lovely, and there is a terrific bakery on the corner 2 blocks from the house, so it was fine for us in the winter, as we weren't really there for the beach anyway.

Great vacation spot

Perfect house for a cozy stay by the beach. The house was clean and felt close to the city but like a little oasis near the beach. The house has all of the things you'd need in a kitchen and plenty of space. Check in was easy and the management company responsive. I would highly recommend!

Okay stay - dirty house - good location

House size is great and the check in process was easy. Close to the beach access which is nice. Some things to note is it smelled very very musty it was horrible. We had to open all the windows to air it out. The carpets were pretty gross and it needs some deep cleaning that I dont think has ever been done. Washer and dryer were nice bathrooms were fine. We had a problem with the tracks of the shower door falling off in the 2nd bath but the property owner came and repaired quickly. The beds and couches need some upgrading they are pretty uncomfortable all together. The lighting isnt great and some of the lights were burnt out in the kitchen. Just dingy and dirty in my opinion. Ripped screens on the patio and ripped chairs. It needs some tlc and it'd be a better house.

The house itself had broken blinds and had a bad pet smell in the master bedroom and you can see where they tried to clean the carpet. The bunk beds were too loose and squeaky for the kids to sleep on, so they need to be reapirws. The bbq was in terrible condition ams should not be listed as an amenity. It is not a close walk to the beach and there is not trail, so you should drive or expect to walk walk 0.4 miles on small shoulder. There were no sheet pans for the oven - we had to purchase them. We left them for next user. But the couches were comfortable and the layout was nice. The hall bathroom toilet kept running, so we reported that as well. Very quiet and definitely a park like setting.

Great rental house!

A group of friends rented this house for the Dark Arts Festival weekend and it was everything we wanted. House was very clean and spacious and kitchen had everything one would need. Lots of extra towels which was a big plus. There was an issue w/ the oven but property manager Erin was all over it and went above and beyond to help. A car of ours died in the driveway and she was great about that as well. You can tell this is a professionally run rental in the best way and we'd book again!

The outside garage lights don’t work and the one on the right is about to fall off. The garage smelled bad because the garbage can is to be left in there when you leave. The roller on the long hose that plugs into the built in vacuum wall unit was plugged up with hair and 2 tacks and was not turning. My son fixed both problems. The foot pedal on the trash can did not work. My son fixed that. The 2 bedroom windows on the left front side of the house, when you look from the outside, did not want to open and close, real tight fit. We fixed both windows by buying some silicone spray and spraying the sides of both windows. Now they both go up and down. The far left bedroom does not have a mattress pad on it like the other 2 Queen beds so it feels like you are sleeping on springs. The cable box would not work on the TV in the Master bedroom so we bought a Fire TV Stick. We called about it and the woman that came out could not make it work so she took it with her to get another one but it didn’t come back yet by the time we left. Would be nice to have a regular height toilet in the bathroom for older adults.There are onlly 2 lightbulbs working above the 2 sinks. The rest are out. The magnetic screen on the patio door is torn. The air vent in the ceiling at the beginning of the hallway needs to be cleaned. The surround sound speakers don’t work in front room. The 2 couches are too soft. The field out in front of the house has a lot of dog and deer poop all over.

Family Beach Vacation

The property management contact was great. The unit was as advertised. The BBQ worked great. Could have used more plates and silverware. The washer and dryer worked well. The TV channels available were very limited. Great space for 9 family members.

Near-perfect family getaway spot.

This home fit the needs perfectly of our extended family group of eight. It is two minutes by car to the beach, 10 minutes walking, although it is on a busy two lane road with sometimes narrow shoulders. The layout is well-designed, bedrooms comfortable, kitchen/dining/living area spacious for a medium sized group. There are plenty of towels, beach chairs, puzzles and games, a few yard toys. The deck and play area in front are an added bonus. There is a large grill and dining table seating for six. Amenities are spare. Next time we would bring all hygiene products, a throw blanket or two, and any favorite kitchen tools. If you plan to cook some of your meals, bring your own pans; the ones there were unusable. Also, we found only seven forks total in the kitchen! Bring any dishes and utensils for children. The power went out for eight hours the last night due to a car crashing a utility pole, and we could not locate a flashlight. It would be nice to have one on the premises. Thanks Beachhouse Vacations for so comfortably hosting a memorable family vacation. We’ll be back!

Getaway at the beach

We had a great time while staying here. We were there to go to our granddaughter’s softball tournament which was being held in Warrenton. Enjoyed the outdoor area a lot. The only negative thing we noticed was that the carpets needed to be replaced.
