”We asked for handicap accessible, but this hotel does not understand the requirements for handicap access means a wheelchair should be able to access the shower and slide under the sink. Plus handicap should be on the first floor for emergencies.”

My room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom / amenities. The TV was fantastic (especially helpful that, after a long and stressful day of travel, I didn't have to work through 1500 different menus to get to shows that I like). ”The room was very clean, staff very nice and there were no funky smells in the hotel or rooms. (Very clean smell). The water in the shower didn’t stay hot very long and no breakfast was available, but if a person is staying longer than a day or two it is nice that they have a full size refrigerator and area to cook and a microwave.”

”Rooms are clean but the beds are stiff and high off the ground. Im 6ft and sitting on the bed my legs dont touch the ground. The elevator sounds like its going to fall apart and the parking lot is terrible. The staff is good but until the renovations are done and the elevator is fixed id recommend anywhere else.”

”If you like the feel of an era of a time gone by, you will not be disappointed. This place has been restored to spindler and makes the entire place easier to just relax. The staff on duty were attentive without being intrusive and we were able to be ourselves. I really hope we get a chance to return as I would really really enjoy a longer stay.”
