Spectacular Innsbrook-talo Alppijärvellä

Tilava, 3500 neliöjalkaa talo sijaitsee suurimmalla ja luonnonkauneimmalla järvellä Innsbrookin sydämessä. Alppijärvi on 240 hehtaarin järvi, ja Innsbrook on rauhallinen järveyhteisö 7500 metsäisellä hehtaarilla, joka on lyhyen 50 mailin ajomatkan päässä St. Louis.

Kiinteistöämme ympäröi täysin Innsbrookin rauhallinen metsä, tuskin näkymä naapureille. Talo on kahdessa tasossa. Pysäköinnin jälkeen tilavassa, kolmen auton autotallissa pääset ylätason kautta. Olet avoimessa suuressa huoneessa, josta on upeat näkymät järvelle, avokeittiö, jossa on saari ruoanlaittoon ja kaasulämmitteinen takka. Vasemmalta uloskäynti vie sinut valtavaan puukannelle, jossa on BBQ-kuoppa, patiohuonekalut ja kauniit auringonlaskunäkymät.

Suuren huoneen toisella puolella on kaksi yläkerran makuuhuonetta. Makuuhuoneessa on avoin näkymä järvelle, kun taas toisessa makuuhuoneessa on edessä oleva polku, puusilta, virta ja metsät. Kahden makuuhuoneen ohi on pääkylpyhuone järvinäköalalla. Suuren suihkukaapin lisäksi on ylisuuri kylpyamme, joka sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen. Kaapin kävelymatka on pienen makuuhuoneen kokoinen.

Kun siirryt alakertaan, kävelet suoraan avoimeen huoneeseen, jossa on iso TV, useita DVD-levyjä ja täysikokoinen biljardipöytä. Molemmista alakerran makuuhuoneista on suora näkymä järvelle. Toinen kylpyamme on niiden välissä ja sisältää ylimitoitetun suihkun. Alakerran sisäänkäynnin ulkopuolella on pieni terassi, josta on myös upeat näkymät järvelle. Tämä kansi vie sinut kallioreitille, joka johtaa alas puulaitulle. Tämä alue on myös fantastinen auringonlaskuille, ja vaaleanpunainen sävy heijastaa aivan järven rannasta. Voit kalastaa laiturilta tai viedä täysikokoisen kanootimme järvelle etsimään lisää kalastuspaikkoja. Jos tarvitset enemmän nopeutta, ota kaksipaikkainen kajakkimme pyöriä ympäri järveä.

Innsbrook tarjoaa mestaruuden, 18-reikäisen golfkentän, valtavan uima-altaan näköalalla Aspen-järvelle, tenniskenttiä, hevostalleja, erilaisia retkeilyreittejä, yli 100 järveä (joista osa on rantoja), konferenssikeskuksen ja useita tapahtumia ympäri vuoden.

If you think the online pictures of the property are beautiful, which you get actually what you see, just wait until you drive through the beautiful tree lined roads in this gated community. So beautiful, but drive careful as you are sure to see many deer. Mama’s with their babies. So cute. Alpine lake is Beautiful too. This is a wonderful quiet getaway in to nature. Many walks were takin by our group. We never needed to leave the area as it had all the necessities we needed near by. We only left to go to our Catholic Mass and it was only a 15 minute drive away. Andy’s home is stocked so plentiful, more than any home we have ever stayed in before.

Great lakeside retreat
Had a great time here with family. Great views of the lake with direct water access, and super well stocked for water activities - kids loved paddle boarding, canoeing and kayaking in addition to swimming. Had a few rainy mornings and there are a ton of fun board games too. Kitchen well stocked and the layout is great for larger groups. Our favorite house in Innsbrook by far and we will be back!!!

Magnificent hideaway for family
What a wonderful way to bring family together in a remote setting! The amenities in the house are second to none. Plenty of things for the lake to play with, canoe, SUP, or floats. Conveniently located close to pool and the creamery for ice cream and a coffee. The host was in constant contact checking in. Will be back next year!

Our entire family was grateful to have found such a wonderful home to spend time together in. The home was beautiful and spacious. Our family had a wonderful time in the lake with the canoe and paddle boards. We did some fishing and the view from the house was amazing. Fantastic Family reunion
Amazing home on Innsbrook’s most beautiful lake! It was the perfect venue to host our family of ten for a week! This spacious home literally comes with everything you need to keep everyone entertained. From the lake toys to the kitchen tools/service for 12 and the 3 car garage to protect your cars from storms they have carefully included every amenity you could think of. The sunsets are spectacular and the lake is clean and clear! Another factor you may not know about is the road is paved all the way to this house allowing you to forgo a rocky/dusty experience. Communication was quick and easy and Andy was super accommodating! We look forward to staying here again for our annual family vacation!

excellent vacation
We had everything we needed for our family vacation. We needed privacy for our family and most listings have bunk rooms. Here you will have 4 Queens, 1 King and a Futon. There were plenty of water toys and I highly recommend a sunset kayak. We had Gateway Golf Cars LTD deliver a 6 seater golf cart and also rented a pontoon boat. I would like to stay here every summer, it was that great!

this is a wonderful property on the lake. There were hiking trails near the dam, which is walkable from the house. We had plenty of room with the upstairs .The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order and clean.

Lovely Birthday weekend on the water
This large lovely property was a great getaway for my birthday. Andy was quick to respond with flexible hospitality. Access into the home was very easy, and once inside the layout is perfect for large groups. Andy made his home welcoming for our olde dog, also. We loved working in the large well-planned kitchen with views of the lake. Beautiful sunlight beams thru the large windows & bounces off the hardwood floor. Dramatic! After a fun day kayaking and canoeing, we hung out on the deck with our beer & prosecco for sunset. If we had more time, we would have gone swimming and played a game - there are many activities to choose from right inside the house. It was so nice to have quiet days and dark quiet nights; we appreciate Innsbrook's policies to keep the peaceful setting. We will remember this home for our next - hopefully LONGER - getaway.

The property was amazing, everything that you needed for a few days get away.. Beautiful lake, only a few yards from the house. We took the canoe out a couple of days. The canoe was easy to paddle around on the quite and smooth surface lake. We saw so much wildlife just walking around the property. A very relaxing place to spend time with our family. We will return to unwind again..

Paddle boarding at age 70!
Wonderful property with expansive and private views. With lots of toys -- including professional grade paddle boards and kayaks and canoe and on and on! Have never seen so many floating and paddle options. Alpine Lake is pristinely clean. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths -- perfect for our family. Beautiful road with easy to use 3 car garage. Plenty of trees and bushes to almost make front of house invisible from road. Private, large cove with lovely, expansive views of lake. Great golf course we enjoyed.

This is a beautiful place at Innsbrook with 4 bedrooms and alot of room to spread out or plenty of places to gather for meals and games. This is family time meeting halfway fron Kansas and Chicago. We enjoyed ourselves on the beautiful lake. Andy is wonderful to work with and answer all my questions quickly.

Perfect for our family!
The house is perfectly stocked and we found everything we needed (kids life jackets, paddle boards, towels, stocked kitchen, blankets and games). We enjoyed it proximity to the pool, courts and cafe. It is also very convenient to the St Louis airport. Andy was a very helpful and communicative host.
