It was a nice hotel, but not excellent. We had flying bucks in our bathroom but we got fortunately a new room. Breakfast was not worth of its price at all. Hair conditioner did not come out of the bottle. The situation was very good and views excellent.

Erinomainen sijainti kaupunkilomalle
Moni asia ei kuitenkaan ollut sitä mitä olisin odottanut. Myöhäinen check-in, jota ei pyynnöstä huolimatta kovinkaan paljon onnistuttu aikaistamaan. Klo 16 check-in on aivan ennakkotietojen mukainen mutta ennen kaikkea harmitti palveluasenne vastaanotossa. Ensimmäinen hymyilevä ja ystävällinen vastaanottovirkailija oli vasta sitten sisäänkirjautumisen yhteydessä kun huone oli saatavilla. Huoneen kunto oli pettymys; vaatekaapin toinen ovi oli jumissa, wc:n kansi pois paikoiltaan. Aamiainen oli aivan erinomainen, samoin kuin näkymät hotellihuoneesta. Sijainti mielestäni aivan täydellinen kaupunkilomailuun Varsovassa!

Taattua Marriott-laatua
Aina loistava Marriott ei pettänyt tälläkään kertaa. Ravintola ja lounge uudistettu. Aamiainen oli ehkä hieman kutistunut mutta tarvittavat löytyi kyllä. Lounge oli mukavampi aikaisemmassa paikassa. Nyt kaikki toiminnot samassa tilassa: Lounge, ravintola ja aamiainen. Maskia käytettiin vaihtelevasti.

Hotelli hyvä ja mukava henkilökunta. Lähtiessä taksi joka oli valmiina hotellin parkissa oli todella huono. Veloitti 22.5 zlotya enemmän kuin tulomatkalla ajanut taksi. Taksi ei halunnut hyväksyä korttimaksua vaikka taksissa oli Visatarrat. Veloitus oli 57.50zlotya kun tullessa vain 35zlotya. Taksin tarran mukaan oikea veloitus olisi ollut 32 . Hotelli voisi kiinnittää huomiota takseihin joita alueella on.

At first glance it is very nice luxurious hotel very well located in downtown Warsaw. But it’s a hotel with an attitude that we are the Marriott, and it’s fine if it’s followed by the service. I arrived to the hotel by taxi from the airport. I was greeted and offered help by the doorman in English. When I answered in Polish he turned around and walk away. Breakfast buffet looked nice but eggs and sausages were hardly warm. I stayed two nights, and second night I wake up with a rush on my stomach. I suspect it was from bedbugs. There are a lot of nice hotels in Warsaw with great service without bedbugs.

For a 5 star hotel, i was disappointed only on two accounts. 1. It was named a "deluxe" room, but the bathroom was a little bit small for my comfort. And second, the breakfast was OK, but also, not great. Specially the pastry, andc the cold table. On the bright side, the hotel location was excellent, right by the central train station and a shopping mall. All accessible through underground tunnels
