âThis property is convenient for Warwick and has a large car park. However the room was very basic - uncomfortable beds and outdated pine furniture, a cracked and peeling lampshade and tiny TV. The main problem for us was the road noise. It is right next to a busy and fast road and the noise in the room was just terrible. We were booked for 2 nights but left after the first one as we practically didn't sleep.
The staff/owners of the property were just LOVELY and couldn't have been more helpful....

âThe lightning in the room was very dim. Heating loud. Bath Towel stained. But apart from that it was comfortable, clean, lovely staff, lovely breakfast. Overall good budget hotelâ

âWe loved our stay at this hotel we didnât stay in the hall, we stayed in the Coach house which was a massive room and very clean.
We had dinner which was very tasty just could of done with more of it small portions.
We took our dog for a walk around the grounds in the morning and itâs stunning!
One tip if you have a big vehicle make sure you take the Jubilee drive entrance.
