”when we first got there, nobody was at front desk, which is fair because it’s a seasonal property but when we emailed and called there was no answer we waited around for an hour until 4 o’clock hit, which was check-in time and then we got our code for our room that’s fine but we drove four hours to get here. once we got our room, it was nice. ”I booked for my mom as were relocating her down, the owners are lovely and you can see where they are doing renovations, I do believe the other rooms are renovated to what the photos look but the room we ended up with was at the starting stages of renovations, patchwork on the walls and minor aesthetic issues, but for the price and the care of my mom's wellbeing from the staff I can't really complain about the room not being like the photo. Would book again”

”For an older crowd this resort is perfect, it's private and quiet. The private beach access is beautiful and allows for a relaxing getaway. The amenities are a bit dated and the TV didn't work great (but mostly didn't matter since we were on vacation to get outside, it's just when you want some down time or when the weather was bad it had limited channels and the reception cut in and out). The indoor pool is nice but the hot tub filter wasn't working the first night we were there so the water...
