”The hotel is in a terrific location, the staff were excellent, and the food and bars were perfect.”

”Staff were wonderful. So friendly and helpful. The room upgrade was very much appreciated. Our only complaint is that the turn down service was far too early. They often came late afternoon so we rarely took advantage of it. Not a big deal. We also had no hot water on our last morning but that was likely a glitch. The patio furniture needed repairing but it was still beautiful. We would definitely stay here again.”

”This is a hidden gem. The location is lovely. The hotel is updated and spacious with a large pool, hot tub and sauna. Wilbur and Marla (staff) were exceptional. They were warm and welcoming and available to help whenever needed. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our time in Bermuda but our time at Hillcrest was the exceptional. Thank you ”
