”112 has mold in the air conditioner and some random white powder on the hair dryer. The floor was so dirty that after your shower, if you walked on it barefoot, your feet would turn black. Our other room was fine besides the floors. The lady at the desk was rude. There was 5 of us splitting 3 towels and we went and asked for more. ”The hotel needs an upgrade, I love Fairfield typically. The shower was very outdated and was hard to operate. The walls throughout the hotel and doors were very runned down. The breakfast was not great compared to what they typically have and the pool was closed! Without any warning. Also trains go by all night woke up at 11am 4am and 6 because of it not sure they can help that but wouldn't stay here again. Also smelled of weed on the first floor by the elevators. For $200 a night it's shameful...

”Staff were very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Eggs, sausage and bacon, biscuits n gravy, scones, delicious coffee with creamers, yogurt, waffles, and toast. I will stay here again for sure. ”

”We enjoyed this cozy bed and breakfast. It's a great location - so beautiful! The staff was amazing - we had a meeting at LMU and were missing breakfast. So they packed us a breakfast and put it in the common area refrigerator for us to grab in the morning. It was also handy to fill our cups with ice water. ”

”It was time to stop and came across this place on Expedia so decided to book a room. Check in location is not in the same building so had to locate it to get checked in. Lady was very friendly checking us in. We were on 2nd floor. The elevator was old and dirty. Our room was ok. Bathroom was clean and bed was clean. It’s a very dated place. The outside needs a great deal of work to make it more attractive. You can tell the outside is way behind in needing updating. Breakfast was very limited...

”Not the best place to stay. We stayed 3 nights and they do not offer cleaning services. Rooms were ok, bathtub was clogged and we were give a plastic wand to unclog it. Not a great experience. ”
