”Pictures are very deceiving. Room was okay with a jet tub in it. Actually quite a large room. But toilet barely flushed, couldn’t get my outdated shower door to close all the way, no refrigerator which while traveling we like for cold drinks, multiple stains on the rug, and when checking out the tub had a cockroach crawl out of the faucet. One plus - the large vanity mirror was updated and very nice and bright. With all the negatives we decided to skip the very small continental breakfast.”

”First night, okay. Second, third, etc neighbors jumping, bumping loud music most the night until I had to call the front desk two nights in a row. They have workers in and they’re top priority. Not us traveling peasants lol. If you wanna party, check in; if you want quiet go elsewhere”

”The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The amenities were very simple. The carpeting in the hallway and in the room was a little worn and smelled a little bit old. The bed was very comfortable, it did have a little squeaky noise when you move around. Overall, it was a great experience. I would stay here again.”

”The amenities listed on the Expedia app were inaccurate. I booked this hotel specifically for its convenience and because it advertised a pool. However, upon check-in, the front desk informed me that the pool was not in working order. The pool was fully drained and under construction/maintenance.. meaning they were aware of this ongoing project for quite some time. This was extremely disappointing and was false advertising. ”This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. There is a local college at which many of the staff attend when not working at the hotel. The hotel offers snacks...

”The staff were helpful but were mostly on their phones. The hotel was easy to find. The room was not well maintained the beds were very wrinkled and had to find a spot that was uncomfortable.”

”After a 12 hour drive we arrived around 11:00 at night and walked in to the staff member sleeping. Had to wake her up and then they tried to put us in a dog friendly room due to that was all they had left. We went to the room and it smelled like dog pee so we went back to front desk and she said she couldn’t change room without her boss. ”Clean room”

”All though we did not use, the property has a restaurant and bar. Parking was plentiful, elevators to upper floors and clean well equipped rooms. The receptionist could have been more helpful however she was not rude, just didn't give any information without being asked. We did not have breakfast but read it would be surcharged and I prefer hotels that provide breakfast included in the price all though many are becoming pretty inadequate.”
