”Bout 10:30pm, Front desk clerk was aloof, did not great me n spoke very little. He seemed moody. We got off to a great start. He did not programmed the card key correctly. I had to comeback from the 2nd floor to have it re-keyed n again. The front desk was annoyed, eventhough he didn't do his job.

”The tv didn’t have sound, I turned it off and on trying to problem solve. I ended up walking down to ask for help where the woman said they were busy and try unplugging it and plugging it back in. I walked back up to the room and tried that with no luck. Went back down told her that didn’t work and asked for help (again), she said he was busy right now and would come up later. He never came up. At least the WiFi worked. The hallway smelt like weed. Breakfast selection with tiny, no warm food...

”The room was not vlean. There was hair all over the bathroom. The coffee maker had a pile of dust on and in it. The pool closed do my pool side room was useless and a waste of my money. I received a $60 discount but still payed over $300. Plus I had an added fee when I checked in of $25. I am still waiting for my refund and fee refund back to my card!”

”The place is broken down and unsafe: The entry to the rooms is broken so anyone can enter and my first floor window didn't securely lock and no stock so could have easily been entered. The room doors are in shambles. It was so sketchy i left before 3am in the dark and there were dudes sitting outside listening to music getting high.”
