This newly built cottage is perfectly located in the up-and-coming Stucki Farms community in Washington Fields. This cute cottage is a one-of-a-kind getaway that is fully appointed and in a community with world-class amenities. Sun Country Cottage was built in August 2022 and has 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms. Some of the many highlights include open concept kitchen, solid surface counter tops, tile (not vinyl “EVP”), 3 tone paint, custom casing & trim work, upgraded lighting fixtures, custom night lights in high traffic areas for those midnight trips to the bathroom (kiddos love this so they can see at night), stainless appliances, custom tile accents, master bedroom on the main floor, bunk room with barn door and much, much more.

SLEEPING CONFIGURATION:
1 King Bed with ensuite bathroom and wall mounted Samsung smart tv (Master located on the main floor)
1 Queen Bed located upstairs with large closet and wall mounted Samsung smart tv
2 Twin Beds located in the upstairs bunk room with Xbox and wall mounted Samsung smart tv. (There is a trundle twin bed under the bunk that can be used as a bed if needed)
1 Queen Bed pull out in the living room sofa sleeper.
The Sun Country Cottage sleeps 6-7 in beds and 2 more in the sofa sleeper. Maximum of 10 guests.

KITCHEN INCLUSIONS:
This home has been professionally designed and decorated. It has been fully stocked with all the comforts of home. From making a simple cup of tea to Thanksgiving dinner, we have the appliances you’ll need. The cottage features stainless steel appliances, state of the art fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, in cottage front load washer and dryer, crock pot, drip coffee AND k-cup coffee maker, Instant Pot, blender, air fryer, pizza stone, roasting pan and breakfast gridle. Maybe we should mention the more standard items like mixing bowls, BBQ equipment, Pyrex Tupperware, cookie sheets, hand mixer, 4 slice toaster, teapot, utensils, Henckel knife set (with enough steak knives for all guests), pack and play and highchair for kiddos, iron & ironing board, hairdryers, etc.

COTTAGE FEATURES:
When you walk into the cottage you will see a large sectional couch to your left with custom ottomans for extra seating. Directly in front of the couch is a large, Samsung smart TV with a credenza underneath. Here you will find extra blankets, WiFi information and so many games (Monopoly, UNO, Rummikub, cards, scrabble, chess, dice, southern Utah puzzle, etc) To the right, you will see the open concept kitchen with a large center island with 3 custom stools. There is a really unique breakfast nook that is surrounded by windows. We love windows so we made sure there are plenty of them. Southern Utah is so beautiful you should be able to see it from wherever you are in the cottage. Next to the kitchen is a door leading to the enclosed patio where you’ll find a nicely landscapedseating area to relax one the patio furniture while you grill on a top-of-the-line BBQ-er. From the short hallway there is a powder bath with custom accent tile. Across from the powder bath is the front load stackable washer and dryer. They are so easy to use. At the end of the hallway you’ll enter the master bedroom. This bedroom has a king bed, wall mounted Samsung tv, large chest of drawers and custom floating shelves which we think are really unique. The master bathroom has one sink, a walk-in shower with euro style glass and
lastly a large walk in closet. There you will find the kids pack N play, highchair and iron/ironing board.

Upstairs to the right there is a decent size room with a queen bed, large closet and really cool wall sconces for nighttime reading. Or, watching your favorite show on the wall mounted smart tv. Down the hall is a bunk room with 2 twin beds (there is a trundle pull out bed for an additional person if wanted) an Xbox and wall mounted smart tv. We could have put more beds in this room, but we wanted to allow those who wanted to play video games more space. Lastly, there is a full bathroom at the end of the hall with a single sink, tub/shower combo with custom tile surround and a euro style enclosure. No more water-stained shower curtains. One of the best features of this bathroom is the additional space next to the sink. Needless to say there is plenty of room for everyone’s toiletries.

Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you
get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty of it complimentary.
