My room had absolutely no shower gel, no one bothered to check for 2 days. Broken hair dryer, spots on ceiling and walls. Front desk staff could be a bit friendlier.

We loved the restaurant downstairs! Great food, great restaurantstaff and great service. It was very convenientafter a long day of sight seeing to ha e that option to relax and go downstairs for dinner. Breakfast wasnt included but that meant we could wake up feeling relaxed and not rushed. Also there were some amazing coffee options near by like Compass Coffee and Unconventional dinner. The staff at the hotel is prompt and very helpful. Something we didnt like is that facility in our bathroom which was not working, i.e. the tub. So the water would not drain. Howver when i mentioned it to the hotel staff they immediately fixed it and the next morning replaced the bathtub items that needed to be fixed. Great city, great experiance at the hotel...we could not have picked a better hotel for our first time washington visit.

Property is a hogh class thay likes to advanyahe of its guest. I am a person that had to go through affirm to get my reservations compared to otjer at thay hotel and the hotel robbed me because the had disfunctions in their bathroom and wamt to blame their guest. I had a great experience until today . They dont fix a stopper in their bathroom ans because im not as rich as they are i made sure everything was great in thay room to not get blamed for anything and still this happens I spent my birthday weekend and now they have ruines. If you cant afford to come to this hotel but you want to go to feel special dont go they tale advantage of people like that.

The walls are very thin. I could hear everything including coughing, speaking, and ahem, other stuff too easily. Other than that? Staff were awesome and it was very clean.

We were visiting DC to see our daughter, who is in college there. This hotel was convenient to the Metro; walkable to most points of interest; restaurant options close by at a variety of price points. Staff incredibly helpful, courteous, and professional.
