Some FAQ : My home has one king bed, one twin size Futon and three Queen size Air Mattress.

I allow guest to leave condiments in the fridge like ketchup and mustard etc. Fridge is always wipe down and condiments are also wiped down and sanitize.

My King Bed has 5 large dressers attached so even though closet is locked for storage you won't need to live out your suitcase.

L'emplacement près du métro et la résidence était très propre et sécurisée. Mais le logement absolument pas prêt pour une location. Nous avons eu l'impression d'arriver dans un appartement habité ou le ménage a été fait à la va vite. Les draps étaient froissés et déchirés. Horrible Stay

If I would have known the entire place would be stained with cigarette smoke and marijuana I would have never brought my children or stayed there myself. The listing says “designated smoking areas” I think the apartment itself was the designated area. My clothes stuck so bad. The carpet was ripped, the walls all had marks. The cupboard in the bathroom was broken. There was dog hair everywhere. The place was not clean at all Smudged finger prints on all appliances. The towels had holes in them and were ripped. I am sorry but I do not think this places should be advertised as is. Was a total cat fish and I was so disappointed for my first ever VRBO experience

Super cute, great location, clean place

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff’s place. It was super convenient to the subway and about 25 mins from the National Mall and all museums on the yellow line. Across the street is a market and several other stores and food places. And it’s a 5 minute drive to Wegmans and any other conveniences needed. Parking is pretty easy and you get reimbursed for the first 5 nights. If you park out front you can actually see your vehicle from the dining room window. Quiet complex with a nearby park for young kids or dogs. The bed is comfortable and the TVs give you access to all the major streaming services. This place is ideal for a couple and could work with young kids as well. We had two teenagers and a dog with us. The space was fine for all of us bc we all get along great on vacation but if your teens need privacy that’s probably going to be an issue. They will need to sleep on air mattresses in the open concept living area. There is a futon in the office that could be suitable for young kids. Worked for us but maybe not for everyone. Air mattresses are very comfortable though! There is a pool in the complex that looked very clean. Jeff was extremely responsive to any questions or needs we had.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was a great size for my family of 5. The house was clean, Jeff was a very responsive owner. The property itself is lovely and close to so many things including the metro. The decor in the house is so cute. Living room projector TV isn’t the best as it seems to be fading but we managed to still watch it with no issues. Jeff is a wonderful host and you’ll love this little space!!

Location, location, location!

Stayed a week for a family vacation to DC. While I wish the check in instructions came a little sooner, this apartment was perfect for our stay. Literally steps from the Metro, Walmart and Target were very close by, and Old Town Alexandria was absolutely devine and accessible by the metro!! Jeffery was easy to contact and prompt with responses.

The property is very nice. However the entire unit smells like pot! I ran the air cleaner constantly and aired out everyday for hours, but the smell has permeated everything. The Queen air mattresses both have small leaks somewhere so they flattened multiple times throughout the night which was quite uncomfortable. With small children a tv in the livingroom instead of a projector would be very helpful to families. The unit is very nice, furnished nicely and the host Jeff is very responsive and very nice to communicate with. I would stay again if the above issues were remedied. Nice property amenities as well.

Would not recommend -

Jeffrey was communicative, however I would not recommend staying in this unit. Neighborhood was great and close to the metro as advertised; however - we services very late to find the back patio door left open (ground level). The unit was in NO way clean. Groceries from previous renters or owners left in the freezer and refrigerator. It is listed as a long term rental, with the master bedroom closet deadbolted shut. No dresser available. Had to love out of a suitcase. And the unit smells badly of smoke which never went away the month we were here. I would look elsewhere.

Nice stay

The apartment only has one bedroom and an office. The sofa bed is just barely big enough for one person and is in the living room. Parking is NOT free. You need to park in the street first, then get into the place to get the key fob in order to access the garage. The bed and space available is nice, clean and pet friendly. Great place to stay for a couple, close drive the National Harbor.
