Family Thanksgivings

David was very helpful getting gas for our fire pit and grill so we could use them. He got the heater going on the pool so it wasn't at 60 degrees.The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool once the temperature was good. Very spacious, great for a large family. Everyone had their own room and bath. Beautiful view of the golf course and mountain side. Convenient location - easy to get to. But a house this large really should have more than one oven-- and the temperature didn't seem even throughout. The windows all across the living room were great for the view but made the living room unusable when the sun was coming up in the morning. The folding door to the pool was broken so we could only use the one door Upstairs TV in open room required a pin to get local station. The directions for the TVs needs to be added to the information. The wind blew the umbrella over and the base was so rusted it broke off. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

great location!

We enjoyed our stay and having a private pool. Just be aware they DO NOT have a pool cover that locks and with littles that is a must.(IMO) especially because the door going to the pool doesn't have an alarm on it either. We had to tie the door from the patio door and the retractable door at night so the littles didn't wander through them. Just piece of mind for us.Also, the pool isn't as big as the picture makes it look ;) Plenty of bedrooms and each with it's own bath was a HUGE plus! And the bunkroom was great for all the grandkids! Downside of the area is there was no yard, just a beautiful golf course to look at. But if you wanted to play games on grass you'll have to go to a park. Could have been a little cleaner, again my opinion. There were peanuts left on the kitchen floor and the upstairs didn't look like the vacuum worked. The kitchen fridge didn't keep the contents very cold at all but the 1970 fridge in the garage was bomb! haha, of course! overall, good place though. Nice and bright and plenty of room to sprawl out and make some memories!! Giving 3 stars just for the fact this grandma wants a pool cover to help her sleep at night. :)

Beautiful Home

There were several things: The house is beautiful and very spacious and we loved many things about it but when we arrived it was absolutely dusty everywhere. We ended up dusting it ourselves just to be able to enjoy our time there. The sheets in the bedroom next to the living room downstairs were stained with big brown spots and the frame hanging above the bed fell off the wall in the middle of the night for no reason and scared the heck out of us. The bunk bed sheets on the top and bottom all felt really dirty. The throw pillows are very grimy and some of the throw rugs as well. The bench to the kitchen table is broken. There aren't enough towels (I know you warned us of this in the contract but I suggest for better experiences for your guests and more repeat customers that you supply lots of towels and toilette paper and even more shampoo and conditioner). There weren't enough dish towels in the kitchen for such a large house and the breaker to the plugs in the kitchen kept flipping so we had to take some of the appliances to the bathroom to make our toast and coffee. There was a small bottle of dish soap in the kitchen that was from the $1 store and very low quality. I suggest buying a nice brand like dawn or Palmolive in a big bottle. The water in the hot tub would not warm up even if we set it at 110 degrees. We all took swim suits and wanted to enjoy the hot tub but couldn't cause the water was too cold. The outside grill area is dusty and dirty. Overall we made the best of it and had a wonderful time but just wanted to let you know about all these things so you can fix them and make it better so you have more happy customers and repeat ones as well especially fir the price that is charged. Thank you

Amazing Home

Spacious home with great views! We were on an 8 person golf trip and this is one of the few accommodations on golf trips to have a house big enough for each person to have their own room and bathroom. Very modern home with a pool and hot tub. Would stay again!

My family, including 7 adults and 2 toddlers spent five days at this beautiful townhouse. The location accommodated all of our needs to access trails, museums, restaurants, and shops. The unit was appointed in modern furnishings and clean upon arrival. We loved having the pool and hot tub in our backyard. The staff was attentive to our needs, as well. We will certainly be back.

Coral Canyon Escape!

I stayed here and it was excellent! The views in the backyard of the green are fantastic! Lots of room for the whole family and kitchen dining setup is prefect for eating together and having the kids swim in the pool while the parents watch. Wonderful time, would highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay

We had everything we needed and the kitchen was well stocked. Relaxed at the pool and played pickleball at the community courts. Zion is so close and spent one day renting e-bikes and gliding through the canyon. That should be on everyone's bucket list. We will be back!

Perfect Place

Wow! This home was amazing! The location was perfect for us and right on the golf course so the views are amazing. It's about 15 minutes outside of St. George so you are not in the middle of all the people, but still can access all the conveniences of St. George(Grocery stores, shopping etc.) Walmart is about 10 minutes away in Hurricane. We went and spent the day in Snow Canyon(25 minute drive). If you haven't been there, I would highly recommend it. it has an excellent backyard with a private pool and hot tub and a wonderful large gas fireplace. My wife and I watched the sunrise each morning and it was absolutely beautiful. The grille came in handy as well. Very well equipped kitchen. It was nice that every room has it's own private bathroom and shower. We liked that there was an extra fridge/freezer in the garage. We also liked that we could park one or two vehicles in the garage and still have space for our mountain bikes. We will, without a doubt, stay here again the next time we visit Southern Utah!! Thanks for the hasle free, luxurious stay!

Perfect for a family get together!

This property was phenomenal! We loved that every room had an attached bathroom and the open floorplan of downstairs made entertaining easy for our large group! Some of us played golf at the Coral Canyon Golf Course (a quick 3 minute drive from the house), and were able to see our family playing in the backyard when we played hole 8! We will definitely be staying again in the future!

This place is HEAVEN!!!

Here for a family gathering. This place is so inviting and open. We loved being 40 minutes from Zions. We rode e-bikes through Zions and came back to our private backyard pool on the golf course. There is something for everyone here. We also drove 10 minutes to St. George and the whole family rented our own SPIN electric scooter. What a blast!!. More hiking than you could do in a lifetime. We played pickleball at the Little Valley complex 15 minutes away. 24 courts. Pickleball heaven. No to mentioned there are 2 courts on the property within a 2 minute walk. We will back and rent this specific property for sure!

Amazing house. Guys golf trip with one guy per room was awesome. Close to all courses in the area. Pool and hot tub after golf was perfect. Only thing I would say is that the BBQ needs to be cleaned but other than that this place is a must stay if you are in St George area

The written directions to the property were wrong. The garage door key pad didn’t work. The large downstairs master bedroom shower had the glass missing and was seen standing in the closet. One oven and one refrigerator for 20 people for five days? Not adequate! The backyard gate was broken and wouldn’t close—a parent’s nightmare. There were large, nasty-looking stains on a living area chair and the master bedrooms bedspread. Paper and plastic were littering the backyard from a construction project next door. This property held my money for a year due to Covid-19, and then didn’t deliver anywhere close to the anticipated value.

Fantastic house

This was such a great property to stay and the house was incredibly well kept! The pool was warm and the hot tub was great as well. The house is located quite conveniently between Zion and St. George, which we were really pleased with. We had a slight hiccup during the check in process and were unable to get into the home with the given code. We showed up at the house after hours (about 7:45pm) and were unable to get ahold of the property manager. I'm sure it's an uncommon occurrence but was quite stressful at the time. Aside from that, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to families or large groups!

Amazing Home for Everyone

This property is perfect for a large group. You will get the full southern Utah experience with a prime location close to so many fun activities. I will definitely be booking again.

Amazing Spot

What a great spot!! Drove into Zions--- 30 minute drive. Peaceful and beautiful. What an amazing view of the golf course from the pool. The layout was wide open for our family reunion. The home was super clean and inviting. We will book this exact home next year. Same time same place!!!

Amazing condo!!

Great location, amazing views, all the amenities we needed, pool and hot tub was an extra bonus! This condo had everything we needed and more, it was so nice to sit outside by the pool over looking the golf course and take in the beautiful views St George offers. Loved it!!!

Peaceful Easy Feeling

As you open the Massive Front door you are greeted by an amazing view of the Wonderful Red Rocks. Clean is an understatement for this unit. With all of the individual bedrooms we were able to all enjoy our stay with multiple families! The kids had so much fun in the Bunkroom!!! Between the bunkroom and the pool the kids were in heaven! Adults get to enjoy the pool and the hot tub with amazing views. With Bag-O sitting by the poolside, the adults enjoyed drinks, and each others company. The pool is always a great way to relax, but the views you are consumed with are very memorable. If your into the outdoors there is plenty of biking and hiking very close. At night, the fire pit outside by the pool was so Peaceful. I will be back, and would highly recommend this if your looking to enjoy the Peaceful Easy Feeling.
