”Check in was easy and property staff was quick to answer our questions. Our issue was that the listing said the yard was fenced and there was a grassy area, which we needed for our dogs. The fence was not secure, there were gaps in the fencing where the dogs could just walk through and get out. There was no grassy area, just a very small patch of rocks with a few green sprigs. The rest of the yard was cement.”

”It had everything I needed but the floor was disgusting. My room had tile and it seemed as though it was only swept with a broom or only a vacuum was used, it doesn’t appear it had been mopped in ages, my feet were instantly black after walking across it a few times after a shower.”
