    KUVAUS:
    Tämä on moderni 2-tason kaupunkiasunto historiallisen Georgetownin keskellä. Kompleksilla on sisä����nkäynnit lohkon molemmille puolille. Eteläss�� on M St (Georgetownin tärkein kauppakatu) ja pohjoispuolella on viehättävä Prospect Street. 1000sf kaupunkiasunto sijaitsee lähellä kompleksi, jossa se nauttii runsaasti auringonvaloa lähtötasolla. Kaupunkiasunnon p��äkerroksessa on täydellinen keittiö, jossa on astianpesukone, avoin oleskelualue, kylpyamme ja päämakuuhuone. Kävelymatkan pääss�� parhaista Georgetownin ravintoloista ja ostoksista tai Circulator-bussilla (1 dollari päästäksesi minne tahansa DC: ssä) tai kävellä Foggy Bottomin tai Rosslynin metroille 20 minuutissa tutustumaan muuhun kaupunkiin.     Georgetown on niin mauton, on vaikea löytää halkeamia jalkakäyt���vissä. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This VRBO was okay overall. It is much smaller in person, but we didn’t spend much time in the home. Our big issue with the home was that sewage backed up into the shower during our stay. Management was quick to respond, but asked if we could be at the home while the plumber was there. It was a major inconvenience, not to mention, unsanitary. The management did send cleaners to clean up the aftermath, though. We would not choose to stay at this VRBO again, but it wasn’t absolutely awful either.

Birthday weekend with sisters

The location is great, convenient to shops, restaurants and easy to walk to most everything in Georgetown. A lot of stairs to get to this unit, and that should be noted. Unit is small, but worked fine for us. Needs a new AC unit. No matter what, it’s hot upstairs in the main living area, and there are no ceiling fans or box fans.

It is right next to Peet's coffee (better than Starbucks) and Georgetown cupcakes (expensive treat for the kids). The property was easy to access from M street once we got the right key code and the kids enjoyed having the downstairs to themselves with separate bedrooms. Kitchen/dining area is pretty small but we mainly ate out. Can recommend Booeymonger for breakfast and Clyde's for dinner.

Only real issue we had was with access key code. Never received email or text with promised access code. Ended up using default “lock-out” code which worked fine.

The kitchen was clean and had ALMOST everything we needed but could stand to have a few more pots and pans. ( need to add a Skillet and 10 qt Dutch oven)The furniture was another story. 1 small and quite uncomfortable futon sofa was simply not enough seating for a 3 bedroom condo that advertises accommodating 6 people. The kitchen table, although nice looking was too large for the small space and the chairs were difficult to use since they were crammed in. A small round table would work better in this space. The bedrooms were a decent size, and rate JUST OK on the comfort scale. The bathrooms were updated and reasonable size but the upstairs shower was so cramped you better not drop the soap because there is really no room to bend over to pick it up. Location wise- spot on. In the thick of the downtown vibe but far enough from the road to be away from the noise of the crowd. So I have two recommendations for the owners. 1- get a small sectional for the living room. 2- provide better details on how to access the complex; such as enter on the M Street side since you can't access it from.the back side. All that said if there was more comfortable seating in the dining and living room, I'd definitely stay here again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property turned out not to be very suitable for several adults with some hip/knee issues--there are lots of steep stairs to negotiate from street level, and then inside the condo, which we were not aware of. Pros: Good location convenient to buses; excellent nearby restaurants; clean; close to waterfront park and canal path. Cons: Poor communication beforehand--very hard to get a response from company; tiny living area with small uncomfortable futon sofa--hard for more than two adults to hang out together; no bedside lamp in one bedroom; only two wine glasses; why not real mattresses in the downstairs bedrooms? The futons on the platforms were low to the floor and not real comfortable. The patio only had two chairs--again, difficult for more than two adults to be together. Finally, it's tacky to make floors so important that guests are asked to remove shoes.

Great property in wonderful location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) visiting for a few days while college shopping and site seeing. Apartment was clean, had 3 bedrooms so each kid got a separate space which is always helpful. Cooked breakfast easily each morning. Quiet building. Only issue was kids' bathroom door didn't lock properly, but property owner quickly sent over a handyman to fix. Easy location to get on local city buses out front and get to wherever we needed to go. Walked to Trader Joe's and back for food but can take the bus if not looking for a walk.

Felt like I was staying in my own home . Very close to shops in Georgetown and lots of food options . Only a short ride away from DC and all the historical sites .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay in Georgetown. Terrific access to everything. Nicely appointed unit with all the essentials. Only two tips...a more comfortable couch to relax and unwind between things, and maybe a more robust cable tv package (a small bit). Would come back again for sure.

Nice home with great Georgetown location

The only downside for us was that 2 of the beds were futons, and not the most comfortable. Other than that, we would rent this house again.

Perfect Location for Washington DC Getaway

The location was close to many shops and restaurants as well as a short Uber ride to the Washington DC National Mall. The owner was very prompt and professional in communication. We were impressed by their management of the property and quick action to resolve an issue with the air conditioner. We would stay here again in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Seems that several key items were omitted in description: many steps (over 50 or more depending on which side you come in) which is difficult when carrying heavy luggage, car seats, strollers, & children, etc. Management forgot to update me on the change of door code. Number of bath towels was insufficient for amount of people along with paper towels, toilet paper & kitchen supplies.

It was clean and comfortable and in such a perfect spot. The parking could be tricky at times but we were always able to eventually find parking when we needed it. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Good amenities with 2 baths, full kitchen, and living space, the real draw is being close to everything in Georgetown, and being part of the action, while having a tucked away location to go to, after the fun.
