    Red Mountain Villa is a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom haven, providing comfortable accommodation for 8 guests (expandable to 10 with twin foam pads). The master bedroom features a private ensuite, while the queen bedroom and bunk room share a bathroom. Delight in the pleasant Southern Utah climate as you unwind on the lanai, enjoying your favorite movie, and take advantage of the prime location just across the street from the resort pool, where you can soak in the magnificent vistas that surround you in the stunning Southern Utah weather.

Amazing house and amenities

The house's location to the community pool, the garage play zone and the fully stocked house makes for an easy and enjoyable stay in the St. George/Washington area. It's easy access from I-15 and close to shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at Ladera 347 and will be back!

Great home, the mattress in the master was one of the best I have ever slept in. Home was clean and perfect for our family. Can't wait to stay here again

Great location, across from the pool, internet was spotty which was a bummer and the pillows were terrible. But other than that great place to stay!

Enjoyed our stay

Everything was good. House was as pictured. We did find a few dishes in the cabinets were dirty. The rest of the house was clean ,good communication with management company.

Amazing single story home with all the bells and whistles

The layout of this place is made for entertaining. A big open living/dining room, spaceous bedrooms, a toy filled garage, and a stand alone open air sun room made this our go to place to host Christmas activities. Could not have asked for a more convenient/better equipped home for our immediate and extended family. Will be staying here again.

This was a repeat stay for us at this home and we sure love it. In a quiet neighborhood, with a pool across the street. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had what we needed. There was an issue with the internet but was resolved quickly. The game room is a fun space and the sounds don't carry into the living room or bedrooms. We will be back!

The house was great to stay in the pool and hot tub is located directly across the street. It sits on a very quiet neighborhood and road. I would stay there again. The only issue was the wireless internet didn't always work which was no big deal unless you and wanted to watch TV

The game room was a let down. Air hockey table fan kind of works but doesn't function like it should. The arcade games are ok but have seen better days. And there was one game for the Nintendo switch. Definitely pictured in VRBO then in person. The rest of the house is great and very clean

Family trip

The house was excellent! Nice and clean. There could be more board games added to the collection. The old maid card set was not complete. The high-chair provided was broken, so we were unable to use it. Everything else was perfect!

Our stay was amazing. The accommodations are so upscale and make you feel that you're in a wonderful home made for comfort. Our boys had a fantastic time in the large game room. The game room had everything imaginable, air hockey, ping pong table, 2 freestanding video games, a huge smart tv with a switch game and multiple controllers. Comfortable gaming chairs and terrific decor. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

Amazing fun house fully equipped with all amenities needed to make a family extremely comfortable. We plan to come back , we have soccer games in St. George and we will definitely return to this home. Great game room for hours of fun. Extremely comfortable beds in every bedroom. Red Mountain Villa

What a fun vacation in a beautiful home. Our 3 kids had a fantastic time in the huge game room. Red Sands was a perfect rental company, everything went smooth and easy. The house was amazing, it was professionally designed. The game room had awesome video games, ping pong, air hockey, arcade games and was so comfortable and easy. We will recommend this to our friends and will be back.

Kids LOVED it!

What a great place to spend a trip! The kids loved all the fun things in the garage. The house is super fun, and very artistic. Everything was well stocked and clean. We would definitely stay again. One stupid tiny complaint is the fitted sheet on the master bed is too small and kept coming off all night. It would be very easy to fix that.

clean and comfortable

Clean, comfortable and cool! It was right across from the pool which was easy with our toddlers! Loved the extra green room area, my kids loved playing in there with the toys that were provided. So many hot wheels kept my kids busy for hours!!

A New Family Favorite

We loved everything about our stay and we plan to return again soon. Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was generously stocked with everything we needed. The game room was a big hit with all of us, and the noise from the game room didn't carry into the master bedroom. Home is not far from the freeway so it didn't take long to drive to other parts of St George area. We've stayed at several other VRBOs in this area and this one (by far!) is our favorite.
