It was clean and beds were ok. It is not really a 4 bedroom and no way sleeps 14. There was only one role of TP in each bath and few extra pillows or towels. No pizza pans and the porxhes were not clean nice or really even useable. Also the bath tup does not plug for a toddler bath.Overall we were happy with the few inconveniences to have a good price and clean stay.

I was told about additional rules the day of my booking. Had multiple problems with how clean the place was (bathroom, bedsheets, kitchen utensils etc) as well as multiple broken items in the home. Even when I contacted and showed proof of everything, the host took hours just to respond after responding in a minute timespan prior to. The neighbor was very rude to my guest unprovoked and when explained, the host brushed it off. It looks nice in pictures but it was not worth the price or stress at all.

Family vacation

Pros: Lots of space for our family of 8! It was great to have separate bedrooms with TVs. The A/C was working great, even during the summer heatwave. We were only about 20 min drive from the National Mall even with traffic. The master bedroom was spacious and the master bath was very nice. Cons: There are only beds for 6, definitely not 14 as listed. There are 2 extra couches, plus one green sitting area in the kitchen that could maybe be used as a bed in a pinch. Not all of the TVs were hooked up and working as Smart TVs. There was no house manual to guide us. The garage door was broken so we used it manually. It was a very tight sqeeze for our minivan. The neighborhood was quiet but didn't seem safe so we stayed indoors. Overall, the comfortable space for our large family made this an affordable choice that we'd probably rent again.

Great place close to the White House but with all the luxuries of a private property. Parking was tight quarters as is to be expected in DC, but we were able to manage with a full size SUV. Close proximity to everything we were wanting to do, so location was great. Neighborhood was quiet without a single issue our entire stay. House accommodations were very good and very clean. With seven people, we were comfortable and able to function normally without being crowded. There was an issue with a bed frame that did not impact the quality of our stay in the least, but the host offered to have it fixed ASAP. Nothing but good to say all around. Additional blankets would have been a plus, but as we brought some with us, was not an issue.Highly recommend!!!

The house was great, especially for the price. The neighborhood is rough. Do NOT plan on walking anywhere. You will need to Uber or Lyft everywhere you go.

The property is a remodel in progress with items like toilet paper holders not yet installed. Neat, but minor cleanliness issues, particularly the hot tub. House is located on the outskirts of a not so nice neighborhood such that I do not recommend planning to walk anywhere. However, it is only about 15 minutes to downtown or shopping. House comfortably sleeps 7-8 not 12.

3 Day Weekend

Good things: Plenty of functional space to hang out and enjoy meals together. Fun selection of board games, smart TVs, chill spaces. Extra pillows around. Outdoor patios were cute and felt private despite being so close to neighbors. Primary bedroom was amazing, wonderfully soft bed and the AC throughout the house was lovely. Easy commute to tourist areas and you can rent scooters (highly recommend). Neighborhood was tidy and quiet. Bathrooms well stocked with paper products, towels and basic soap, shampoo, and body wash. Less than good things: Guest beds weren't as nice as the primary bedroom, but workable. Do not recommend more than adults (3 couples) to stay idk how they list it as sleeps 14. Didn't find extra blankets or sheets/pillow cases (but found a few extra naked pillows) Kitchen was okay but if you plan to cook a big meal, it's rough. No kettle, despite being in the listing. The dishwasher and Garbage disposal weren't working during our stay. Automatic Garage Door was wonky during our stay so we used it manually. Saw a few silverfish in the bottom level of home but it was SUPER rainy/humid this week so to be expected. Hot tub wasn't set up but it did look clean. Communication with owners wasn't good, not responsive. Couldn't find the home manual. That said, we would happily stay again. The house was pretty and clean, spacious, and plenty of bathrooms, in a good area, and appropriately priced.

Awesome experience

I was coming to town to celebrate my birthday and wanted a place that would accommodate 12-15 people for a day party. The house is beautiful and spacious and was perfect for what I had planned. I will definitely come back and book this property.

The house had a hotel feel in decor which was a nice touch. It sleeps 9 (3 on couches , 6 in beds). It was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The keurig was not the best. If you need necessities, get them before you show up, as the area does not have many options. Neighborhood was not the greatest.

Very comfortable place

The price & place were large, updated & comfortable. We appreciated the driveway parking space. Modern appliances, very well outfitted kitchen, had everything to make quick meals to save . Quiet even though it was close to the freeway. Easy location to drive to, but nothing was walkable. The surrounding neighborhood didn't feel very safe or walkable. With traffic, it was 20 minutes outside the city core. No restaurants close.Owner was responsive until we had a question about the dishwasher.

Overall nice place

We enjoyed this house for our spring break trip with the kids. Overall it was clean and provided what we needed. The extra sheets for the pull out couch were hard to find, the hot tub was unusable due dirt and overgrowth, and the dishwasher didn’t work. Communication from the host wasn’t sent until asked for, but overall for the money it was a nice play to stay. Beds were sufficient. House was roomy for the area even with 3 flights of stairs. This place is close to bus stops. Some of the furniture leaves some to be desired, but would stay here again if headed to the area.

We rented this property for 8 people, but it was not properly equipped. There weren’t enough towels or bed sheets, and the mattresses were overly worn, sagging badly in the middle. On top of that, there was a very annoying noise indicating the boiler needed maintenance, which made it difficult to relax. This place needs better upkeep and attention to guest comfort.

DC Family Vacation

Great stay. Property was as described, clean and easily accessible to most of the sites to see. I want to give a huge shout out to Ayana. After my stay, I left an envelope of cash at the property. I realized it and contacted her to retrieve it. She contacted her cleaner who found it. She sent the balance back to me through Zelle. Props to Ayana! I highly recommend staying at her property. Thanks again Ayana!

Easy in/out location

We had a great experience, the property was clean. The host was responsive when we needed items. Location was convenient to get into DC for sightseeing. Neighborhood was not the greatest but we had no issues!
