- For security reasons, the building requires a short guest screening. This must be completed before your arrival.
- Rservations may be canceled if this process is not completed on time.
🏊 Pool is not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
🚗 Parking
If you're parking on-site, your permit must be clearly displayed at all times. We are not responsible for any towed vehicles.
🌡️ HVAC System
The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
🧴 Starter Supplies
We provide a basic starter kit, including one towel per registered guest. Please note: washcloths are not provided. (These supplies are intended for one-night only).
