It is the only townhome in the neighborhood that has enough driveway space to privately park an additional car, in addition to the 1 car garage (important on those busy holidays). You have access to the pool, and spa at Town Center, plus you have a private balcony hot tub with a fire pit! Out on the balcony, you will also find patio furniture for you to lounge in and enjoy the beautiful view of Pine Valley Mountains and Red Cliffs National Conservation Area. The home is set in a great location close to many of Southern Utah's beautiful adventures.

The kitchen is open and free-flowing with full access around the island for lots of fun cooking and gatherings within the kitchen. The island has seating for 4 people and a large dining room table will comfortably hold 10 people. As a bonus, there is a free-standing bar that seats 3. The large sectional couches will accommodate at least 10-12 people at a time. Large open front windows let in the beautiful sunshine St George enjoys year-round!

The garage is equipped with a ping pong table, coolers, a stackable washer and dryer, a weight set, a fold-up wagon, and a high chair.
Just outside the door is the ideal patio with a beautiful hot tub, a large seating area around a fire pit for your evening enjoyment!

Centrally located between St. George and Hurricane, Town Center is a fantastic community providing all guests with a gratifying vacation! To get the most out of your experience here, a community pool, and hot tub have been provided for your use! Town Center is conveniently located just 45 minutes from Zion, and 10 minutes from downtown St. George, plenty of shopping, and mountain biking and hiking trails! Loved the condo, location is great! We had a really great stay and would likely stay again - especially if more common-area comfy seating could be added! Bedrooms were very comfortable, and we loved having a bathroom in most bedrooms. The kitchen was well supplied and very nice! It easily accommodated our cooking, prep, and serving needs. Hot tub a definite plus!! And the mattresses - most of us couldn't stop talking about the comfortable mattresses!!Drawbacks: We were surprised we couldn't park in the garage; maybe I missed that in the description. Parking and lack of comfy seating for all of us in one place were the two biggest drawbacks for our family. We almost didn't rent due to lack of common-area comfy seating pictured, but hoped the large table/benches would help, but it did prove to be a drawback on multiple occasions. Our large family loves to sit and visit together - young and old alike, so that was hard. We hope that for a place that sleeps 22, comfortable seating in one area could be figured out to range closer to that number.The "Boat & RV Parking" is not at all adequate. We pulled ATV's. Three trucks. Three ATV trailers. Because those longer stalls are so close together, there was constant wasted parking, which made them rarely available. Anything bigger than a regular truck/car cannot park next to another stall with a unit bigger than a regular truck/car. The stalls are not at all wide enough. Host was great. Good communication.

Great for a large Family

A bathroom for every bedroom! Lots of plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. Big table to accommodate the whole group for dinner. Pool within waking distance. Games and activities in unit to keep the fun going. Great communication from owner.

Wow wow wow! Perfect house in every aspect

Six of us had our annual get together to visit Zion and play a couple rounds of desert golf for 4 nights at the end of April 2024. I can’t say enough good things about this house. Everyone had own bedroom and a bathroom. 6 bathrooms! House is very well equipped in every way. Awesome layout. Super clean. Spacious kitchen with more than adequate and good quality kitchenware. Location and view off the deck patio were amazing. Deck patio was surprisingly big with a nice jacuzzi. Grill was in a good working condition with a plenty of fire power. Bedsheets were clean and scent free. Plenty of entertainment with a full game room in the garage. Bath towels were a nice quality. Furnitures were modern and comfortable. All the beds were comfortable according to my friends. Very nicely located for golfers. There is a very nice course 3 minutes away and an upscale golf course (Sand Hollow) 15 minutes away. Zion national park was only 45 minutes Community center has a nice pool and pickleball courts. There was a nice bar that serves a pretty good food at the end of the parking lot which made it so convenient. Main grocery store was only 10 minutes away at Washington, next town over. We all had a wonderful time and we will certainly visit again in the future. Only negatives were: Ignition of the fire pit on the deck didn’t work and the garbage disposal made some rattling noise. (Not sure if something small fell into it)

Fun family stay

We had a good time the property was nice, but the hot tub control panel said that it was 21 days over on maintenance and there were cracks in the tile on the upper deck we stumbled on. Also there was some syrup stuck on the kitchen table and a few other things that didn't seem clean. Overall it was a good place to stay with entertainment for the children and adults. Would stay at this property again.

More than we ever expected!

We LOVED our stay! The Air B & B was really more than we expected! We enjoyed all the close by amenities; swimming pool, pickle ball courts and close biking trails. The Air B&B was so very nice! It was very clean, with comfy beds with extra blankets, and enough room for everyone to relax, with all the extras anyone would want. We really loved the card and board games that were available, the kids toys, stuffed animals for the kids to play with, x -box, games etc. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit too! We loved how the garage was an extra T.V. room with a comfy couch and ping pong table and even a stroller and wagon, that we used with our walks. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, sandwich bags, plastic utensils and many helpful cooking pans and items. We were so impressed how we had everything we needed! It was fantastic! Thank YOU! This was by far one of our favorite places to stay, and would love to come back again!

Great Fit for our Fam

We’ve rented a cabin or condo for NYE every year for the last 25 years and with a growing family it’s hard to find accommodations that give everyone a bed AND ample living space…this condo fit the bill perfectly! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of bathrooms, loved the bench seating with large table to play games at. Private hot tub was a huge bonus and the balcony area was a sweet setup! Convenient location. We used the pickle ball courts everyday and ping pong in the garage was a hit with the teens and adults. The cleanliness of a newer condo was lacking, pink mold in showers and the rug in the front room needs to be replaced (it sheds like crazy) and for the love…. PLEASE put more kitchen towels, dish scrubbies, wash rags and general cleaning spray in the kitchen. We had to go buy our own. There’s also no dust pan with the broom so we had to improvise. Also, please be aware you are required to wash all the pool towels. We didn’t realize this and spent a late night and early morning before checking out doing laundry. Not really a problem but should be included in the listing. Would also be great to have somewhere to hang towels. Overall we had the best time together and grateful that the owners shared their property with us. Although I generally would much rather deal direct with the owner, property management was easy and polite. Lasting memories made for sure!

Wonderful

The location was perfect for being central to hikes, groceries, etc. This property was home for me and my family for a couple of days while we explored Zion National Park. It was wonderful! Clean and inviting for the whole family. Everything from ping pong, swimming in the community pool, to our private hottub. It's in a family oriented community which added to my kids fun.

Great Memorial Day weekend stay

We stayed here for Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. The place is located in great spot and so we always had parking. Red rock rentals were great about fixing any issues that we had and we're easy to communicate with. Would totally recommend, great for big groups!

Great little get away with many near by attractions

The property was centralized in the heart of Utah where many national parks are nearby. Our intention was to stay here and visit Zion, Bryce, Horseshoe bend etc. The community with all its amenities kept all of our family entertained. The house had all the necessities needed to make our stay here feel as we were at our home. Will definitely stay here for our next visit and highly recommend.

Baseball Tournament

Came for a baseball tournament in St George. The property was perfect for the 5 adults and 4 kids. The boys enjoyed cooling off inside after the games, while playing the Xbox. The place was centrally located for the tournament, and for accessing the local lakes. 100% I would recommend to anyone.
