Gather & make memories at the Vitality Retreat! Located a block from historic downtown Washington restaurants/shops/bars, you will have ample amenities to accommodate a fun and rejuvenating stay. Fenced yard! Enjoy coffee in the gazebo, yard games, or 1-block walk to the riverfront! 15-20 minutes to wineries, 45 minutes from STL. Family friendly, we even have a kids nook! Location perfect for memory making. Enjoy the music-themed living room with a record player and plenty of games for your group! 4 BRs, 4 en-suite bathrooms ensure ample space. This is an outstanding home for people with larger dogs because it has a 6' fenced yard. The house is charming, beautifully appointed, with a very well stocked kitchen for cooking in and very comfortable beds. The owner is very gracious and responsive as well, so all 3 of us had a wonderful visit for the week.

Family Thanksgiving

This was our second year renting this home to host our family for Thanksgiving. It is a great location with plenty of room to host a large family gathering. The kitchen was well stocked to prepare a whole Thanksgiving meal. Looking forward to returning next year.

Katy Trail stay at the Vitality Retreat

The house was beautiful and had 3 bedrooms with en suite bath and one more bedroom and bath. This was great for a group of 6 adults. We relaxed in the backyard and could have grilled out if we had wanted to do so. Lots of dishes and kitchen items. The home was very clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating! We would love to stay here again!!

Amazing hidden gem

To put it mildly, this is the best VRBO I have ever stayed in. Everything about it was wonderful and stressless. The location was ideal for all the things you would want to do in the Washington area. On top of that, the property is beautiful, well maintained, and nicely appointed.

National Specialty

We stayed here for our National Specialty at Purina. Katie has done an amazing and thoughtful job of restoring this beautiful house. It is a home away from home as it has everything that you could even think that you needed, and made for a very comfortable stay. The bathrooms have wicked fluffy towels, beautiful tubs and shampoo, conditioner and bath gel in each of the bathrooms. The backyard is so comfy and fully fenced. Several of us said we wished we could live there, that is how awesome this place is.

Sibling Reunion

With all 7 of us adults in our 60's, we had a wonderful time reminiscing, laughing about past stories and sharing the blessings and challenges of getting older. This house provided the adequate areas we needed for privacy and family visiting. The house was beautiful and very clean. Long Weekend in Washington

I want this house

If I was going to renovate a ninety year old house, it would be exactly what Katie did. Beautifully done, with all the amenities. We came into town to do a wine tour, and this place surpassed our expectations. Amazing beds, super fluffy towels, cool on the 90 degree days, were perfect. Also, I’m a sucker for original 8-inch base boards and 6-inch trim. Just awesome. Thanks Katie!
