”The family had a great, especially the pool and outside area. Theater room speakers werent connected correctly, so we didn't utilize that room. Plenty of room for everyone and the living rooms were huge, so we watched TV in thise areas. The town of Morton is quaint, small businesses were a pleasure AND dont miss out on the ice cream stand in town...its fabulous. FYI; Walmart and Kroger deliver groceries and there are pizza and wing places that deliver too”

”We were in town for a family birthday party and this house was perfect for us. They have done a great job renovating, keeping the beautiful historic features but making the home comfortable and convenient. Check in and check out were super easy. Everything was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had all the dishes for a large family and the dining room table was large enough to accommodate everyone as well. We hope to stay here again.”

”This is our second time staying at the Manor House. It was every bit as good as the first stay. The house is roomy, lots of space for all of us to sit around and chat, and a big table for card games. The kitchen has every pot, pan, bowl, plate, glass, etc. you could ever need. The house is in a very quiet wooded area yet not too far from shopping, restaurants, etc. We'll be back. ”

”Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.”

”The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.”

”The home was exactly what we needed for our trip to visit family in Peoria. There was ample space for us to spread out and have areas where the kids could separate from each other. As noted in other reviews, power can be a challenge but one that was easily overcome with extension cords. Joseph was responsive to questions and the checkout process was as easy as can be. We definitely appreciated the fact that it is just off of the main roads as it made for simple trips to certain things...
