”Overall, the place was disgusting. The room was dirty, smelled and had broken furniture. The parking, parking structure elevators and just the overall feel was scary. I went there with my son because we were feeling nostalgic, very disappointed. The staff was awesome and you could tell they were doing the best with what they had to work with. I never saw more than about 15 people in the casino at any given time. Time to step it up Caesars.”

”The property and location were good . Only problem is the parking . Since it’s next o the airport it appears they have daily airport parking . When I arrived they had no parking available. I parked by the bar /restaurant I was told in a rude manner I had to keep on looking for parking and not to park there and it if I did to wake up and move the car by 7am or risk getting towed . I will never stay at that property again .”

”Two of the three elevators to my room on the 10th floor would not go to the 10th floor. Still not fixed when I left after one night. Ice machine on my floor didn't work and was not fixed by the time I left. Your blurb about the motel said that breakfast was included. Not exactly in those words so perhaps that's how you get away with not serving breakfast at the motel. Whatever the reason the wording in your blurb is very misleading about breakfast. So this tells me that there are other things...

”went during the week. last night there on a Thursday night, night long party next door and smoking in the non-smoking floor while the hotel did nothing to stop them or quiet them down. otherwise, i enjoyed the spa and my stay minus the horrendous cigarette smoke everywhere else in that casino”

”My daughter and I had a great stay at Victorian Inn. It was clean, staff was very nice and it was located in a great spot. Will definitely visit again.”

”Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe.
