”Tia is amazing! She is the reason that I continue to stay at this place. She’s so polite, professional and cheerful all the time. If it wasn’t for her I probably would not stay in Marshall for work. Rooms are comfy, cozy, and clean. Everything works as it should. Property is an overall fantastic condition. ”

”Staff improvement is highly needed! Our room was missed for cleaning Saturday Morning while I was out and once I arrived I was informed that the cleaning crew was gone. I failed to receive any fresh towels, fresh ice bags and no tissue for the day. I had to go to the front desk to receive the items which I found irritating. The front clerks were barely at the front desk where you have to call or look for someone to help. Also the hotel needs to spray for insects I had numerous of ladybugs in the...

”We arrived late and the front desk staff were not welcoming though we paid well over $200 for a room for one night. The room was dirty, I saw a hair on the small towels, finger print on the bathroom door (gross) and the bed was made but looked like someone sat of it as there were prints. Again, paid $200. ”Can’t blame it on the weather, pool was not staffed for Spring break, was unfortunate but windy and rainy weather previous had the pool like a ghost town. Lovely facilities and the hot tub was hot. Was fun.”

”A beautiful and well-lit Victorian home in a wonderful neighborhood, conveniently located near many of the best attractions in Shreveport and Bossier City. The room was very clean, and you can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into the B&B. Our host John was incredibly generous, providing plenty of snacks, coffee and toiletries. We unfortunately missed his famous breakfast due to time constraints but we highly recommend staying here!”
