”Went here in May 2024 for my husband's 50th & a change of scenerty. Have been to MV many times but never stayed in Menemsha. This home was lovely - clean, serene, great yard for our mutt to run around. A few things to note for guests: it is in a very remote part of the island, so there is a lot of drive time (was fine for us); there are blackout curtains / shades, so you wake up with the sun (bring an eye mask); make sure you load up on groceries before you get to the house (especially ice);...

”SUV a must.Quiet and remote location. Home is spacious but needs small repairs in upstairs bathrooms. Also, changing the water filter more frequently may lower the sense of iron from the water. Kitchen was equipped with all needed for a one week stay. ”My wife, 2 dogs and I visited for a week. This house was well appointed, clean and relaxing. The deck, yard and views are spectacular. We were looking for a quiet place to decompress and recharge and this house did the trick. Christian was very responsive and helpful to every question. I highly recommend.”

”Loved our experience. Owners could not have been more friendly and communicative. Anytime I had a question it was answered immediately. No complications whatsoever. Would love to come back. It’s lots of people very comfortably. Great for kids because there are even toys for them to play with!! Also has a very spacious kitchen that was well equipped for cooking and entertaining.
