The furnishings are unique and include many exceptional and
tasteful details. The cottage on the idyllic Lake Constance has a large living room, three bedrooms and
two bathrooms.
Guest access
To make your arrival and departure flexible, the key for the apartment will be stored in a key box.
Since the holiday home is also used by the owners themselves, there are some personal items
in the house. We ask you to handle the property with care. One parking space is right by the house.
Other things to note
The house is located on the edge of the picturesque village of Wasserburg, only 5 kilometers from Lindau. On the horizon you can see the Austrian and Swiss Alps.
Lake Constance can be reached in a few minutes via a small dirt road.
A free-access shoreline invites you to swim and relax.
The popular Aquamarine swimming pool with heated swimming pool, sauna and restaurant is just 400 metres from the cottage. You can also visit the local surf school here. Over the summer months, an open-air cinema with a changing programme will also be on site

the nearest shops are about 800 – 900 meters away. There are grocery stores with regional products as well as bakers, pharmacy, a bank and a drugstore store.

You can also find the large marina, the gastronomy and the beach promenade in a few minutes. The Wasserburger Bahnhof is about a kilometer away.

Numerous leisure activities can be found in the surrounding area. The location is also ideal for walks and cycling.
