”Wonderful homestay in peaceful setting
We booked two bamboo huts at Cast Away for our family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality from Panit and his parents was very special. You can see that the family really care about their guests. Three home cooked meals were provided as part of the (inexpensive) room rate, and the food was simply outstanding! So much delicious Thai food! We felt very welcome.
We wish we stayed longer, and next time we will. It was fun to hire cycles and explore...
”We checked in late and the staff were polite and very helpful! The hotel was clean and they offered breakfast, laundry service and bottled water every day. The hotel is located on a busy street so it’s not the quietest, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. It’s easy to get taxi’s and travel around the city. I would definitely stay here again!”

Things that made it lose 1 point:
- The snacks served in Afternoon tea and Cocktail hour were pretty poor, just some basic bread etc. Last time had bigger variety and better
- Saturday evening called room service and the guy who answered spoke very bad english. Luckily girlfriend can speak Thai so we got food
- GF took some Thai food from 'signature...

Consider this hotel when you go to Bangkok, even its not in central Bangkok. Only 25 meters from hotel to Skytrain, which connects to whole Bangkok ”

Also, upon arrival I had to pay an additional 1000 baht deposit for key. This was not mentioned online and is something the customer should be notified of.”
