”We had such a lovely stay at The 99 Heritage Hotel! ❤️ From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, and their warm hospitality made our stay feel extra special. We were especially grateful for the VIP coupons and all the lovely little surprises, including welcome drinks, dinner coupons for three evenings, and a special tea set. These thoughtful touches really made us feel appreciated and added so much to our...

”Nice decor inside… classic European feel in common areas and stairways. Amazingly helpful and friendly staff during all (morning, afternoon, and evening) shifts!!! That included physically helping with bags but also helping with suggestions for things to do in the area (and what might not be worth the time). The breakfast options that we tried were delicious!! (Mango avocado toast with side of eggs, and egg, cheese, and bacon on toast). They also weren’t sticklers for every detail (my...

”A beautiful little hideaway in Chiang Mai. The lobby is beautifully designed and a lovely place to hang out to have your coffee or do a little bit of work or relax. My room was small but comfortable (I chose the smallest option) - and the price point was incredible. Would definitely stay here again”

”Lovely, relaxing location as easy tuk tuk ride away to all the local shops, markets and more. Beautiful gardens and very welcoming staff! Highly recommend, excellent value with delicious breakfast and drinks. Try the Butterfly pea tea 🍵 ”

”Clean hotel with good location. No elevator or staff helping with luggage ”

”I felt like home staying at Chor Chang House. Everybody at this family-run hotel is friendly and takes effort to accommodate guests' needs. I plan to come back on my next visit to Chiang Mail. There are lots of affordable local restaurants in the neighborhood, and the Nimman area is within a walking distance when the weather is okay. ”

”It was the worst hotel we stayed in Thailand. We booked not hostel bunk beds but separate room with private bathroom for two people. The room was so small that it was suffocating to sleep at night, balcony doors had such gaps, when closed that the room was filled with mosquitos and I got bitten like 20 places. In this heat bedding sheets were 100% percent polyester and impossible to sleep on, non breathable, host and so irritating towards skin, the bed was very soft and uncorfotable. Balcony had...

”Awesome and inside the old city. Great location, a bit noisey with the street noise is the only reason this place does not get a 5 star review all the way. Staff friendly and great. Did laundry at the facility, a little expensive comparatively”

”Nice staff”
