”Super nice and helpful daytime reception staff, and the hotel is very tidy. 24 hours front door lock. Super big and bright carpark with CCTV! Big room and a small balcony is a plus! I was little shock when entering the road but once you arrived their place, it was day and night differences !
Walk for 1 min there is a 7-11, Drive for 5 mins there is a local night market. Only few ants found in the corners ! I will come back again! ”
”The location is in a quieter part of Bangkok and not a lot of walkable things to do which we knew before going. The staff is INCREDIBLE everything is very well maintained. The cafe is so lovely, I had one of the best lattes ever there. They are very attentive and all the little details around the property make it just a perfect little oasis. ”Over-all, our experience in the hotel was very good. I just don't like it when they are only providing 1 key card and you will need the card to enable the electricity in the room by inserting it in a slot. Once you leave to go somewhere, you will remove it and all electricity will be off including the fridge which makes it unable to leave some food or medication in it.”

"The Anantara Riverside is a very nice hotel with everything you can wish for a Bangkok city stay. The pool area is great, there is a nonstop boat shuttle that runs to the shopping malls and train station. The only thing I would hope to improve is the view we had from the "Riverside" room, but that is a minor thing. Overall a very nice experience 👍"
