”Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. Also, the included breakfast was probably the worst I have ever seen in my life. Overall, an absolutely dismal experience. These people don't care about their guests. Avoid.”

”The hotel management Duty manager, My room no 127 on 06/05/26 for one night and very in unclean curtains (you can’t touch very ugly) floor carpet and no water at all time from wash basin and inform to front desk ( lady on duty) she said inform to manager but no one came or call to fix this issue ,even next morning no one attend and the breakfast room microwave not cleaned food spread all over the microwave, Thank you De Silva Please follow up and give me a feedback”

”The room was clean except for a faded lipstick stain on the headboard of the bed. Bed was comfortable and pillows medium soft. Staff was Friendly. Water pressure in shower was perfect (weird, but true). I would stay again, as it’s half the price of Foxwoods hotels and less than 5min straight drive down the road.”

”The room was nice, But no blackout shades very bright at night, the mini fridge was super loud and froze everything we had in it, The Hair dryer was broken but they supplied us with another one and the bed was too soft and uncomfortable, It had excellent parking and it was convenient for the hiking we were doing in the area.”
