”Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. ”

”I picked the Surfing Turtle based upon positive reviews but I definitely didn’t have a good experience. I guess someone has to draw the short straw. That was me - my room faced the very BUSY and LOUD road that was about 4 feet from the door. The loud music from nearby clubs went on late into the night. I have stayed in busy and noisy hotels all over and have never had to resort to the earplugs that were left in the nightstand. The Google Map link sent to me wouldn’t work which created...

”This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. I had an amazing visit and cannot wait to come back. ”

”Overall, it was a good place to stay due to its great location. Our room's wiring was strange, and breakfast was chaotic. Needing a room key to access the outside patio to eat breakfast (not enough tables/room inside) is ridiculous and hard to do.”

”This was a perfect location to stay if you are doing a bioluminescence bay tour- walking distance! Condo had everything we needed and was perfect. Owner was highly responsive and even allowed for an easy early check in. The only complaint we had was the local neighborhood rooster who woke us up starting at 3:30AM. Other than that, perfect stay! ”

”RUN! DO LIVE HERE!!! The room stinks. On the first day we got there, there was no hot water, and on the following morning, even worse, no water. We washed ourselves with bottle water. There's bed bugs in the room. I requested extra blanket because I was sick after showering with cold water for the first night, and it never came. No room service at all. We lived in Room 5, there was pipes on the ceiling that makes loud noise. The tap water was dirty. I talked to the management team, they did not...

”Jessica and Ruben are wonderful hosts! The cottage homes were super clean! If you want tranquility, you want to hear nature and truly relax, then this is a perfect spot. The neighboring towns were within 10 minutes drive and you can select from many restaurants. El hippie waterfall is a 10m drive to spend jumping off rocks into the water.. ”

”The resort is beautiful and the food in the restaurants is top notch. It’s a large expansive property but the staff is always willing to pick you up in golf carts to get you around property.”
