There are a few thing that we want to give negative feedback.
1) The house was full of silverfish bugs!!
2) The house wasn't cleaned well enough and the dishes were dirty. First thing we needed to do was to fill the dishwasher and put it on.
3) One of the upstairs chairs broke immeadly when one of us sat on it.
4) Uptairs bathrooms toilet's flushing was leaking.
5) The heating system wasn't working well. Downstairs foor was super cold. (The last day was ok) We went to complain about it...
”Tolle Unterkunft mit kleinen Abstrichen ( Duschtür klemmt, abgewohnte Sitzecke ), zentral gelegen, deutschsprachig, Parkplatz am Haus, im Penthouse war alles da, Bügelbrett, Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Bügeleisen, Geschirrspüler, Herd, also voll ausgestattet und auf der Dachterrasse (mit Sonnenschirm und Sitzgruppe und Liegen) kann man gut sitzen. Perfekt!”
”The hotel was nice and situated in a good location. The restaurant in the inner court yard was lovely. Considering the relatively high price of the room, I was disappointed that there was no hair conditioner or body lotion available. We also paid 15e/night for a baby bed but there were no sheets or specific pillow and blanket for the child. The normal pillows and blankets were way too big to be used in a travel cot. ”
”hotel is old, some things are not working, like fridge, but quit clean inside, very good shower also, which is important. there is a possible to open windows to get fresh air. and location in amazing! when you come to see Andre Rieu concert - it is best possible location. and Maastricht is surprisignly nice city ”
”A remarkable boutique hotel with only seven rooms. Rooms are very hip and stylish as is the check in process. Our host met us at the door as we entered into a magical 1600 ‘ building with original small wooden spiral staircase. Stylish room with everything needed. Best of all is location ! Step out the door to the center of Christmas market, restaurants and shopping”
