”We got in late and then had to leave at 5:30a before breakfast was ready. We me Lou and she was the kindest staff person we met! She invited our kids in to the breakfast area to make themselves waffles for their breakfast and chatted with my husband even though the breakfast area wasn’t open yet. She was a gem and Hampton is lucky to have her! She made our morning and our kids said they would have loved to invite her on our travels for the day! ”

”My favorite spot in Sioux City! I love having a hot tub in the living room. Close walking distance to Hardrock, and night life, etc. ”

”Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

”Staff unfriendly, hidden charges, was informed pets weren't allowed on bed, I walked out!”

”Clean room, beds comfortable. Only problem was there is no hot tub and pool was not heated so children could only swim for a short time before they got to cold. When we asked if they could turn heat up for pool the staff said only his manager can do that and they are not there on weekends. Disappointed in that but everything else was fine. ”

”Everything was great. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the food next door was excellent. Quiet and on the river. We loved our stay here.”
