Motellit – Waterford

”Positive: clean sheets, comfortable mattress, hot shower, no bugs, quiet, ac good, very pleasant staff. Negative: entire motel extremely old & run down, ratty old dusty furniture, filthy floors, poor lighting in room, isolated area, tucked in off the Main Street, Worst room we ever encountered & stayed in but had to stay as one emergency overnight. Wasn’t worth the price… Was double charged I just noticed I’m sure in error, will call them today to address & hope they refund.”

”I will not stay there again, it was very sketchy. old, outdated, uncomfortable where it felt unsafe. but it was the only place available on very short notice in the area that I need to be.”

”Don't use the address for navigation. It takes you mails away. Look at the map - take the location from there, and point it on your navigator. SAVE it there beforehand.”

”You get what you pay for. But it is gross seeing a bath mat with stains, towels with stains, and then bed spread with holes (probably cigarette burns...)”

”We stayed at the Birches Motel over the weekend since we were visiting Skidmore College and were looking for a more affordable option that was still close to Saratoga Springs and would be comfortable and clean. We were not disappointed at all and really enjoyed out stay! The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable, the staff were very helpful in adding new breakfast cards each morning. The location is excellent (only about a 10-minute drive into town) and we would definitely stay here again!”
