”We loved the stay. It was a lovely place; the only complaint we had (not necessarily the hotel's fault) was the pool. We were in town for a marathon, and we wanted to sit in the hot tub the night before. However, the pool area was packed with hockey families who were there for a tournament. Parents ignored their kids running around, jumping into the hot tub, and running into the sauna, even though there was clear signage saying kids under 18 weren't allowed in either area. I did have to complain...
