”Très beau bâtiment ancien avec une très jolie décoration intérieure. Hôte très sympathique et accueillante, avec un excellent petit déjeuner servi. Grand parking payant à proximité et logement bien situé dans le village. Merci beaucoup ”

”Lovely staff.
Lots of parking
Room had a nice clean comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but very clean. It did smell very damp though. The room had a hairdryer and lovely tea and coffee facilities.
The room was a bit noisy - could hear lots of bottles being thrown out after closing time and people walking through the corridor.
The breakfast was fantastic - lovely menu and both things I had were delicious and large portions.
Overall good place to stay for a few nights.”

”Welcome was great with a cup of tea. Very friendly. Beautiful quiet, rural farm setting. Pet friendly.
Totally suited our needs with easy access to Barnstaple, Instow, RHS Rosemoor.”

”A very warm welcome from Caroline to a beautiful house overlooking the surrounding countryside and near the church. Clean and comfortable with tea and coffee facilities in the room (plus bonus cake - always welcome!) and a great breakfast selection. It was particularly nice to have the option of pancakes in addition to the usual full English or cereals, pastry and yoghurt. Walking distance to Innstow restaurants.”

”Moorlands is set in beautiful grounds with stunning views. The hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Lovely breakfast selection.
